Service was decent but after getting new tires, when I went to start my car, the tire pressure light was on. I was told that it was a bad sensor and I would have to return to have it replaced, but after a day or so, the light went off. I dont think they know what they are doing.
Call for 2 hours straight nobody ever pick up the phone unbelievable
Where should I start? Went in for an oil change at the Quick lane. Also needed a headlight bulb replacement. Was given an 1 hour and 15 minute wait time. Three hours later I was still sitting there. I sat there and watched the technician put my vehicle up and down the lift numerous times after completing the oil change. Without ever touching the vehicle again!(Actually a good thing). Then the mechanic comes in to speak to me(Not knowing I am a car guy) and tells me some b.s. story about the headlight throwing an error code. He never changed the bulb. They then charge me for a diag fee that I did not ask for or approve. So after paying for the oil change and fake diag fee I immediately complained and they would only refund me half the diag. Unacceptable. So I wasted another hour of my time fighting to get my money back. They did refund me the fee. Now I look and I have dirty and greasy fingerprints all over my paint and cloth interior. So frustrating. Ive been a big Balise fan for many years. After this experience and and the one @ Balise Lexus I will not spend my hard earned money there again! BTW, Lexus put conventional oil in my fully synthetic car and charged me for both. They damaged my seals and the Service Adviser Adam was like sorry. No discount no nothing.
Just had my oil changed and the service was fantastic. The cost was also much lower than Jiffy Lube. Robert Gagnon was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Will be bringing my other Ford vehicles here for oil changes from now on.
Well I can only give a review on what I’ve experienced. I TRIED to call to schedule maintenance but someone kept picking up the phone and HANGING IT UP
They clipped cables to a sensor that controlled my ABS. This caused my ABS to engage at 50 miles an hour. They told me it was my tires, so I went and spent over $800 on tires and that did not fix the issue. I went to another mechanic and they found the issue, it was a $80 fix. And the original issue I went to Quick Lane for was never fixed so the new mechanic fixed that as well. I try not to give this low of a rating to any business but this was a time consuming and costly experience.
I’ve a 2018 Honda Accord just went for a oil change and tire rotation.. I left their with a mess up car they didn’t tighten my lug nuts it feel like my car shake in the front they say they fix it the side of my car has scratches it’s crazy they need to own up for they mistakes...
