Not only is LIA of Wilbraham close to where I live they are also a professional, friendly and great service provider. Kelly King greeted me with a warm smile. Even though I was running late due to an emergency at home she made sure that my car would be ready on time and also arranged for my car to be inspected after I mentioned that I had forgotten to get it done. I didnt even know that they provided that service so I was delighted to hear that I didnt have to make an extra trip somewhere else. I would definitely recommend Lia of Wilbraham to family and friends. I have purchased 2 cars there in the last 2 and a half years and I am very pleased with all aspects of the dealership.

I brought my 2021 Camry in for a Mass. State inspection. Kelly King greeted me when I drove into the service area. When I told her of my reason for service, she quickly checked in the garage for the approximate time it would take. I went to the waiting area and before the allotted time, Kelly came out to get me to tell me the car was ready. Throughout this process, Kelly was very pleasant and professional.

Kelly King was very helpful and made sure of what I wanted before starting the work. I had no problems using a coupon and ended up only needing brake pads and not new rotors- very happy. Service was done quickly and well.
