Stopped to get gas and play my lottery today. Got the gas just fine, however getting to play the Mass Cash lottery was a big problem. The guy behind the counter had no freaking clue how to do it!!! Seriously!! You have someone working by themselves and not knowing how to do the lottery machine. I wont be back in this station again anytime soon! Come on how hard is it to teach your employees to run a lottery machine.!!!!

Gina was the worst, most incompetent, blatantly rude and upmost disrespectful cashier I have ever had to deal with. I will no longer return to any F. L. Roberts locations due to this experience. I now question their hiring judgement based on their employees.
