Was told they had not hooked up to the Diagnostic system??? Therefore they would not. Noticed brake light out before leaving parking lot. Pulled back in and was told it would be $57.00 to change bulb. Master thieves not mechanics.

I bought 4 new rims online and brought them to purchase and mount 4 new tires. I installed the wheels on my car at home and when I drove my car the next day the car would not stop shaking. I took my car to another tire shop to get my car looked at because this shop was closed. None of the wheels were balanced. Paid more than $1,300 for new tires. They did not balance any of the tires, and I even bought the workers food from Taco Bell. I always go to Americas Tire in Murrieta but they did not have the tire size I needed. I recommend going there instead of here. I wont EVER be coming back!

The Customer Service at this place is so outstanding. Charlie is so helpful and knowledgeable on identifying the problems right away. I totally trust their recommendations and will always bring my car in for service here! Very Trustworthy!

They tried, as far as I believe, management would let them to diagnose a computer problem with my van. I just dont think the guy was allowed to do the repair. Easy money is probably their mission statement

Amazing service x2 now! I brought in my trailer tire with a puncture and they fixed it at no charge! So when I had a puncture in my Volt (no spare) I had it towed to them and they fixed it for free again! I dont know what else to say but I will buy my tires there next time Im due.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had purchased my set of tires from a different Mountain View location, but decided to go to this one since it is closer to my home. They fixed my damaged tire and more, and did it fast. Best experience getting a tire changed or fixed Ive had at a location. They definitely have my business going forward.

Stellar customer service! Charlie is the most accommodating shop manager Ive met yet. As a multi-car owner, I am a patron to his shop annually. The techs that service the shop know what theyre doing and I know any quote Im given is given with integrity and honesty. The shop is clean and there are numerous eateries surrounding the shop so you can grad a bite while youre waiting for you car.

GO SEE ED!!! I needed an alignment, and 4 tires mounted & balanced on my wifes Dodge Journey. I called Ed, and he gave me a quote $50 below anybody else. During the install, 2 of the new tires I brought in had punctures. Ed repaired them for my wife at no cost, and she gets free tire rotations every 5000 miles! They were fast, courteous, and affordable, but its the customer service that has made us customers for life! Thank you Mountain View!!!

Talk to Charlie, he had me in and out with 2 new tires, an allignment and an oil change in less than 1.5 hours.

Do not go here if you want quality work done on your car, my fiancé had her rear brake pads and some other services done her car 08/24/19. The total was over 500 dollars, only a little over a year later with less than 30k miles and the brakes already went bad. Not trusting this place to do another bad job we went else where. Which I suggest you do.

What awesome customer service! Convenient hours. Clean and cool waiting room. Gave me a great quote then ended up doing it for even less and way faster then I expected. I was in and out in half the time I have ever experienced elsewhere!

I bring almost all of my vehicles here. I have had trouble with dishonest mechanics in the past but at Mountain View Tire & Auto my family has never had that issue. They have always been forthcoming and always told us which work they recommended first if we were on a budget. We are grateful this location has opened up down the street from our home. They are prompt and usually have the work done within one business day. I highly recommend this Mountainview Tire & Auto location

We have gotten tires for all 3 of our cars here. Just last week I came in and unexpectedly needed new tires that werent in stock. They didnt want me driving with the tires I had, so they drove my kids and I home. Then picked me up the next day when the car was ready. Superb service!

The manager was great, I brought my 2017 Chevy truck in for a tire repair and rotation and although they were extremely busy, I was still out in under an hour. This was my second time here and I would definitely recommend it for any auto repair or service.

Battery wouldnt charge and they said it was a new alternator with just a loose belt. 150 bucks later I was still having the same problem and took it back. They said it was a short that they cant fix. Took it elsewhere and it was the alternator all along and it wasnt even new. Basically stole 150 from me. Wont be going there again.
