The employees were courteous and professional and, since there was only one car ahead of me, I was out in 15 minutes. But, in prior visits at other Jiffy Lube locations, my windshield was always cleaned and the inside was vacuumed which, was not done at this location.

Takes them a long time to complete an oil change and they charge for coolant if you need it. Going back to my fast wait in your car and pay a little extra oil change spot.

I would have to say that this Jiffy Lube location really has my vehicle at their best interest and I believe they will have the same outlook for your vehicle too. I went to take my car in for an oil change and then discovered it had other concerns. Nathan who was the one who worked on my vehicle gave me step by step breakdown on what it needed and what he recommended. His generosity and compassion made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking for superb and extravagant service for their vehicle and in return you get peace of mind.

Jiffy Lube rips off women like me, who doesnt know how much it is to change oil. They charged me $55 for 5 quarts of oil and they charged me $50 for a cabin air filter that cost (retail) $15. And then, they slapped on a labor charge for each one of those!

Nate was very informative and friendly. Did not try to sell me extra things I didnt need for the vehicle. Himself and the vehicle Technicians did a great job in a timely manner.

Even during these times...they provide great customer service, and even on thd phone they go the extra mile

I called here to get a quote on an oil change. The rep who answered the phone and assisted me was helpful and answered all my questions. The 3 stars is for the over priced oil change that I was quoted. I went to Ford themselves and for $40 less, I was able to get the same service if not more and put some money back in my pocket.

I have gone twice to this Jiffy Lube. The only positive thing about this place is Nate. I am not due for an oil change for 3000 miles but I sent my daughter today for a top off that I was told was free between oil changes. My daughter informed me they almost would not help her because she was not me, but she convinced them to help after all, she was in my car with their sticker on the window. They proceeded to charge her $13.05 for my free top off. Shame on you jiffy lube, I will find another place, they are a dime a dozen and I am sure when they top off, it will be free and they wont be so rude to family members

Showed up at 8 am assuming itll be fast and efficient, not at all. We were the second car in and it took over an hour to do a simple oil change. Then the guy kept trying to upgrade his sales which I dislike. I dont understand why they were taking there sweet old time. I do not recommend getting an oil change here.

They offer a wide variety of car washes and details and you can also get your oil changed. Super nice lobby with lots to do and big TVs to pass the time. The only reason I couldnt go 5 star is it took a little longer than I was told and what I thought it should have taken. But if you have the time, great service for the price.

Great service. I went there this morning, I told them what I wanted, they pointed out a few things, I said I would take care of them and that was it. They did my oil change, but on top of that...they cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car, I was pleasantly surprised. Another customer came in to get a tail light fixed and another guy was getting brakes (I think), I had no idea they did things other than oil changes. Everyone there was pleasant and it was a good experience. Thanks again Jiffy Lube.

Ive been to 10-15 Jiffy Lubes and this one has the best staff, customer service, and overall experience. Andres is exceptional and very professional. To top it off, this location gives you a free car wash (inside/out with hand dry) right next door.

These guys really go the extra mile. Not only did they stay past closing to change my oil, they did it gladly. They also rotated my tires which kept them even later. Great work! Wont take my car anywhere else. Thanks so much.

I just had a terrible experience at this location. I went in for the $29.99 oil change special. When I walked in the customer service rep was eating at the front counter and did not acknowledge my presence. Perhaps it was because it was 7:55am and the place opens at 8:00am??? I walked outside and told the guy who guided my car in the bay area that I would like an oil change at the $29.99 special. He was polite and told me okay and to have a seat. The customer service rep was finished with his meal and proceeded to sell me additional services. I told him that I was here strictly for an oil change only and went outside to watch the work being done. They did not perform all the functions of the special, however the oil change was complete. Much to my surprise the rude customer service rep charged me $44.96. When I questioned this price he told me that he charged me the higher price since I did not listen to all of his sales pitch and he did not know what I wanted!!?? To make a long story short, it resulted in a very heated conversation and the rep would not process the transaction until I heard him out. I told him that I will pay the $29.99 price only. He continued to argue with me as the transaction processed. Never again!

This place is awful, was told to wait 20 min while four dudes worked on one vehicle. They had full on conversations about their personal lives and even took personal phone calls. 20 minutes went by and they said another 10 min. Sat in my car melting in 90 degree heat and finally gave up and left.

Today was a good day to stop by Jiffy Lube they had a deal for oil changes for 2199

My wife and I arrive with 2 hours before she had to work, asked how long it would take and they said 45 minutes. Plenty of time to get a car wash too, nope. Hour and a 40 minutes later they were done. So we left thinking we would come back tomorrow and get the car wash. When I left my oil drip pan wasnt attached correctly and was dragging on the road. Now my wife is late for work, definitely not coming back to this location again

The manager Anthony was beyond professional and the fact that they specialize it what I wanted to get done a oil change save me 2 hours or more I was headed to Goodyear when I called him, for the same price, a free car wash included, I came down Jiffy took 15 mins tops. I had the rest of my day to enjoy, thanks to the whole Jiffy Lube team.

I just had the most pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube, off of Clinton Keith in Murrieta. After a very horrendous experience at another shop for a separate issue, it was so nice to encounter such a great staff overall! We bring our car to several Jiffy Lube locations for regular oil changes, and as of late we noticed a leak. I brought it in today, and the promptly found the source, a loose oil plug. Instead of just tightening it, they replaced the plug, added a new gasket, and of course checked our oil level, and battery thankfully, which they discovered needs replacing (new battery, so I will return to WM for replacement), all for no charge. Thank you James-area manager, Whitney-store manager, Nate-tech, and Johnny-tech, for the thorough and excellent service. It was greatly appreciated. MJ ARAGON

I paid 97 bucks for synthetic oil change; the part that killed was they wanted to up charge me 5 bucks for topping off coolant; then the car wash isnt actually free as advertised but cost me another 2 bucks; I wont be back; service was friendly.

Got an oil change here. When I was done they told me my battery was dead and wanted to sell me a new one (havent had a single issue with the battery before this). When they found out they dont carry my cars battery, I got a jump start from them. Now going on day 4 with no issues on the battery

The first time my wife went in here she received bad customer service and the employees just tried to upsell whatever they could because shes a female. I went in this time and was not greeted when I arrived and my car rang the bell. I also received bad customer service and attitude as well. I will not return to this location.

Lets start with my experience at this place was a nightmare I went to this place to get a regular oil change they offer me a lot of things for like $300 they said my van need it when I said no I dont want the oil change The manager of the branch give me that look and he have a major attitude after you left and start driving my van I found out they drained my coolant and my van was overheat I had this van for almost 4 years never overheated on me this place is a SCAM I LIL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
