It was quick. I was in and out, wearing out my wonderful and efficient hakkapeliitta 10s (studded) on the fresh asphalt… ‘cause it stopped snowing as soon as I put them on! (not their fault, of course) 🤦🏽‍♂️ But they were friendly, professional, and fast… even got me in on an impromptu appointment- when I had one setup elsewhere- way out in the calendar. I like rapport… I’d be happy and willing to build a lasting one with these guys. 💯

I always come here for tires but the other day I needed an oil change. I called other some places near me who ran out of oil., then some were just too busy to help me at all. I came here and what a relief. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and attentive and the low price was unbelievable! I asked if they could check on the knocking sound my car was making and they did. Thank you Discount Tire you never disappoint. :)

You cant beat the prices of everything they offer, which is much more than tires. They are friendly to deal with. When they had a problem getting my tires in, they gave me a better tire than what I asked for, which was in stock, so that I didnt have to wait a third day to see if mine came in.

The employees were very friendly and the manager was very helpful. Our wait time to get all 4 tires was under 30 min, now that was great! We will definitely be back for our next set of tires.

3 stars because they had me wait all day for my breaks to get done. Literally dropped my car off at noon and it was not complete until six when they were closing. The manager who orders parts ordered the wrong breaks, which prolonged the entire process. Here are some takeaways: 1) they gave me a discount in the services rendered because i have a AAA discount. But I had to put pressure on him to give me a little bit more than that. 2) I had to call the company to get updates on the status. They called me once to inform me that the warehouse was picking up my breaks. 3) The manager knew that I was DoorDashing that day, but prolonged the process even when I presented him with breaks that I purchased from Napa. I know that the have a “ policy that states that they can’t use a customer supplied part, due to liability purposes,” but in this case they should have just said, let’s use your breaks so that you can be on your way. The entire experience was upsetting, although I’m always cool as a fan. Do I think I will be back, no!!’ But I am thankful that I got my car back at the end of the night so that my day was not a complete waste.

I took my friend Mrs woods car in for a tire and they treated me good and they told me exactly how long it would be and how much the cost was and when I asked if there were easier way for me to get a better cost they told me yes I then told them that she was single and disabled and on a fixed income they help me out immensely thank you very much Miss woods was very appreciative of the money that she will save in the long run and feel safer driving on the road thanks to the people at discount tire all the staff was very cordial especially the young man that greeted me first and walked me through everything Im sorry that I cannot remember names I am not good at them but I so so appreciate you

The workers at my dealership ran over a nail when i got my tires rotated and didn’t think to tell us or didn’t know? anyways, discount tires patched up my tire in less 30 minutes for free, i’ve had a great past with them as well and I definitely recommend!

Made an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change . It took 2 and half hours ! Never have I waited so long having an appointment and no other cars being there .

I shared what happened to my car at discount tire ...while mechanic was driving my car and another customer hit it,, so insurance paid for my car and in fixing now my headlights do not match I called corporate to resolve this situation and they do not want to pay for this,,, I would not have this problem in the first place if it would have not been hit while there mechanic was driving my car .. and you would think they would pay for it .. i will never recomend any one to go to that store like I did... Such a sad way not to help or fix what ever it was really $250. is what it would cost they would rather have bad reviews and n no referrals...

1 month ago today in May of 2021 I took one of my Service Vehicles in to have it looked at because I knew the Radiator fan was shaking the whole front of my Ram Pro Master 1500. Before this incident I had had my tires replaced and was Very Happy. I had taken the truck in to find out exactly what I was assuming. They had stated to me that the fan blade was bad for the Radiator. I said ok no problem change it and asked to have the Transmission Fluid Changed. The same day I receive a call stating the Radiator is also leaking. So I said Ok No Problem go ahead and take care of it. Monte or I am not sure how you spell his name states that the Manifold on the Engine needs to be removed to get access to the Radiator and Fan. Ok No Problem, I have done oil changes, transmission fluid changes, disc brakes changes, you name it. I am a Wildomar Local Business Owner and if I am busy I would like to rely on someone to assist. This cost $1700 Approx. So I pick up the truck with one of my guys within 2 days. Everything is great. Within 1 week. The Check Engine Light comes on. So I scan it myself. Engine Misfire on Cylinder #2. So I already knew what could be wrong. Again I take it in Knowing they had replaced the Radiator and the Fans and also did the Transmission fluid change. After they had diagnosed it. They stated there was a misfire on Cylinder #2. Well duh I told you this and you scanned it and said that same thing. Remember from earlier they had to take off the Engine Manifold??? Well what do you think is below that? The Spark Plugs and the Coils. I get told that the Coil for Cylinder #2 is bad and they recommend replacing all spark plugs.....Ok No Problem, I am busy so go ahead and do it. We pick up the Truck a day or 2 later. Awesome! It is working great no Misfire Nothing. That cost an additional $700 dollars. It had nothing to do with the Money it had everything to do with Integrity and Owning up. I realized how the Hell could this whole truck be failing within 2 weeks? Its a 2016. Everything started to fall into place after I tell you all what happened next. Within 1 month the transmission fluid started leaking from the pan underneath....So I said hey this company should take care of their customer who just spent around $2400+. They had just changed the Transmission fluid within the month, it never leaked before. So I took it in so they could look at it. I get a phone call from Monte stating the Transmission fluid pan is leaking because of a Dent that caused the pan to leak. He states it will cost Approx. $750 to replace.....I had to hang up. I asked him for a photo which he sent. This specific truck had been driven 3 times within 1 month? Lol Like we are taking the work trucks off roading that have GPS? (Its a Service Work Truck and it is high off the ground). I called Corporate....Good Luck with that! They stated a Manager would call me within 24 Hours. Well I told them I had been dealing with your Manager. 1 hour later I get a call from Monte and I inform him I am waiting for a Superviser to call me Someone Above him. Well what do you know. within 5 Minutes a Women calls asking me what is wrong. I informed her of the whole situation. She states that the dent caused the problem because the Manager sent her a photo. And they are not Liable. Really your not there...I asked her if she had photos when they originally did the transmission fluid change, she says NO. So how do you know the dent was not there before? I couldnt even handle talking to her anymore I just stated I was coming to pick up the truck. No argument nothing just a upset customer. She did not even care for a solution after I had spent over 2k in previous repairs.....And tires the year before. I brought the truck back. I ended up jacking up the truck and ordered a new Transmission pan that they stated I needed changed for $750....Once I was under the truck and was about to loosen the bolts. 1 of the Bolt was loose. That was all it was. They Diagnosed it as a bad pan? Well I didnt need a pan. I wouldnt trust them period.

Double Dippers.. they charge excessive unfair labor inspection 67 dollars on top of the already expensive 100 dollar tire sensor which normally at other shops will include the inspection fee .

I went to get my air level checked due to my car light coming on. It was about 10 minutes before they closed. They found a nail in my tire. I had an incredibly busy work schedule that wasnt going to allow me time to go back for at least a week. I was very concerned about getting a flat tire during the week. Tony was so nice. He fixed my tire for me, even though it took him a little past closing time. I am very grateful for the great customer service. He didnt have to do that for me. Tony definitely went above and beyond. So my son was in need of new tires badly!! Ive heard of a buy two get two deal but wasnt quite sure where Ive seen it so, I did some googling (if thats even a word) and I found THIS place. Im glad we did. We called made an appointment for that SAME day. Awesome! Ok now the deal came out great and not only that but they have a Military discount as well. I totally recommend this spot to all and Im not just saying it. The staff was cool and knowledgeable. They also will beat all competitors prices. They told me if I bring in an estimate from another shop that they would beat it by at least 5%!! isnt that great?!! But dont take my word for it, come in and check it out for yourself. You will be glad you did.

These guys are a joke. Like other big company Major tire shops. They dont sell used tires in truck sizes and not very helpful when I called. I had to go to work. Was told to wait a week just to order new tires only. Not my cup a tea.

I brought in my own set of wheels to swap on my truck and purchased Falken Rubitrek tires at an incredible price during a 4th of July promotion. Devin made great recommendations and Andrew did an outstanding job with his quality of work. Got the job done, but was told it would take 1 hour. 2 hours and 15 minutes later and my alignment and rotation was completed. The work wasnt even started until a hour had past, and then was stopped in the middle of the job because the mechanic had to take their lunch break.

Very informative and quick in their assessment and completion of every detail of car service. The compassion, kindness, and help started before I even arrived at the shop as I called the store to get a price estimate. Very beautiful job!

They will match a printed offer but not automatically have lowest price like America Tire or Amazon. They dont have wheel lock keys if you are missing yours as other places actually have. The waiting room is the Dennys or Panda Express. Expect 2 to 3 hours even with appointments.

I felt like I was ripped off. I went there becsuse of the buy 1 tire get 1 free. I asked to see the type of tires that would be put onto my car. They brought out a Black Lion tire. I approved of those tires and expected all 4 tires would be the same brand. After the tires were put on my car I went home. Upon closer inspection of my new set of tires I found that they are a matched set at all. They only put 2 Black Lion tires on in front. The rear tires are a totally different brand. At no time did anyone from Discount tire say anything about switching tires and putting a mismatched set of tires on my car.When I called to complain I couldnt understand what the employee was saying as he was mumbling. Finally he hung up on me.I emailed a complaint to their customer service and still have not heard from anyone at Discount Tires. I my opinion they are a bunch of thieves, and liars. Im 66 yrs old and I feel taken advantage of. I am mentally disabled and knew this because I had my service dog with me. It should be a felony to do what they did to me.

I would not recommend this shop for anything. At first the guys are nice. But they lack experience. Took my truck in for an alignment. Drove off and it was 100 times worse. Came back. They tried to fix it. Then showed me something broke and they cant weld there so they cant fix it. They also told me that it must have broken after I drove off. What! No way. Took it to another shop that friends highly recommended to me. The guy there was able to fix it and got me back on the road. Explained to me that the break was done by a wrench that slipped and broke the metal pcs. Wasted an entire day just for an alignment. Had to call off work so lost a days pay as well. But being a single mom with kids. I needed my truck fixed right. Do yourself a favor dont take it here. These guys dont have the experience.

My wife takes her car here all the time so I decided to try it. Big Mistake. I brought my car in for Oil Change and with that comes the check fluids and tire rotation and put Air in tires. Well come back to pick up my car and was waiting patiently for two service employees to finish up and approx 10 min there was a couple sitting in the lobby and got up and one of the service men literally looked right through me and asked the lady May I help you. I looked stunned well the other serviceman leaned over to him and said I think he’s next. The guy didn’t care and simply helped the lady. Keep in mind my car was finished and hers wasn’t. Long story short. Paid for my car. Checked tire pressure No air was put in and Tires weren’t rotated. Guess I won’t be taking my car nor my wife’s car back. Terrible Customer Sevice

Honesty seems to be challenging for the manager. They will make an effort to scam you by selling you nitrogen filled tires. Air is already 78% nitrogen anyway. (They added about $50 to my bill for nitrogen filled tires!) They will add this to your bill without even telling you. Prior to getting any work done, ask to see a breakdown of all fees including installation and misc fees. Then have them remove the fees for items you dont want. The shop is poorly managed and understaffed. Before you drive off, make sure they give you the paperwork for your warranty else they will not include it. Very disappointed by this shop all around.

Went in to the Wildomar location to have the tires rotated and the balance checked. Was in and out in about 45 minutes. I have bought two sets of tires here plus a few oil changes and a battery. I feel that I have received good service and good value. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a flat tier near this shop. They told me my tire should be reinstalled, not patch. I brought the damaged tire to my tire shop. They told me my tires damage was minor. Patch was enough. I am not sure who is right. But my tire shop is very big, had run for a long time. I will never visit this shop again.
