I like there service and price. I purchased a new phone, case,and glass shield. The glass shield broke after 2 days. They tell me there is no guarantee. I would use there store just stay away from accessories.

The door states they can assist Sprint customers but it is definitely not the case with this store.

The staff here is on it. Customer service as youd expect. Friendly clean store. They knew their jobs, their products and how to treat people.Unlike the store on Ontario Ave.These guys LISTENED TO ME explain my ordeal. They suggested a fix and executed the repair and my issue went away.In the time these other gals in Corona were bossing me around, going thru the, be right w you, stand on a pink square, whats your name in case we get busy and wear your mask sir (all the while alone in the store with me and them. No one else.) OMG.These men had my phone whipped into shape.RECOGNITION T-MOBILE.These guys saved a customer from telling T-mobile to Kick Rocks!!

Friendly staff and excellent service

The service was completed by unexperiencedRepresentatives whos managers along with other employees are rude,unfocused and disstracted by talking to friends that walk into the store. Instead of the paying customer looking for answers concerning their services. I recently visited to cancel a plan and join a new one with my family and the complications arrived when they set me up on the new plan and did not cancel my bill. I returned a couple weeks later questioning why my previous lines were not cancelled and I was rudely replied by a blonde female representative. So now Ive paid for another month of service on lines I thought were cancelled. They should work on communication with customer so one person does not tell you your lines are cancelled and the other tells you its impossible to do it in stores. Very very unorganized

The store employees were good. Unfortunately T Mobile itself screwed up my order about three different ways.
