Honestly their boba is average. Ive never been to a different boba shop around Wildomar so I cant say this is the best boba in the area. Compared to the boba drinks that Ive had in SD or LA, this place is low-grade. The boba is too chewy and gummed. The drinks are a hit or miss, either they are too sweet and tastes very artificial, or just plain out bland and flavorless. The ONLY thing that makes this place cute and unique are the BEARS. The whole concept that you can take pictures of your drink on a stand, with their logo behind it, is genius. Other than that, meh. The experience of going there with your friends and getting bear bottles for your drinks is essentially what I go for. The experience, not really the drinks. The prices are decent honestly and theres good parking so thats that.

This is my first time here and Im sure Ill be back. I had the Thai tea boba and it came in a big bear container. It was quite good but I thought the boba was a little bit too chewy for my liking. The only other problem is you cant seal up the container again without taking out the straw and what do you do with the straw. The staff were nice and the place was Spartan but clean. While I was there I noted about six other people come in and seem to walk out with the same drink that I had at least it looked like the same since the coloring was the same. If youre in the area give this place a try.

Love Mr. Chi! My favorite drink from here is their Taro Milk tea with boba Unsweetened. Most places dont have an option to do it with no additional sugar and it always ends up being too sweet for me. This is the main reason why I go to Mr. Chi, their Taro tea is perfect with no sweetener. But today we came to order and the employee who was helping us (Jenny is who helped us according to the receipt) didnt want to make my tea unsweetened. She explained I cant do that because people have been complaining that with no sweetener it tastes like milk. And I was confused because how does other customers opinion affect the way I order my milk tea and have always had it made to my likings before? I then said that I always get it with no sweetener and that I love it that way. Jenny seemed unfazed by my comment and said I will do it 25% sweetened then. I didnt want to argue so I just didnt say anything. But if Im the customer and Im the one ordering the drink that I will be paying for, why did it seem like she was ordering my drink according to her standards? I dont think thats right.Going on here I now have seen the harsh comment regarding Taro tea, and thats simply not true. Their Taro tea is the best in the area. Anyway this place is great aside from this one bad experience. Employees shouldnt order their customers drinks to what they think they should order just because of one bad review. The Taro milk tea 25% sweetened wasnt bad, but I would have preferred it with no sweetener at all.

The Taro milk tea with boba here is trash. I have never felt the need to write a review on any place before but there is a first for everything. It tastes so grainy because of the powder they use. And the girls that took my order where very pushy as we where just trying to look at their excessively big menu. This spot is very cute and costs the same as any other boba place. Cute cups can’t make up for nasty products.

We buy multiple boba drinks a few time out of the week and now every drink we get has been watered down. We have mentioned this to several staff a few times but concerns were disregarded. Came in I went right back out the girl or guy at the counter, acted like she didnt want to work there wasnt very friendly we decided to go somewhere else. I wont spend money in places were the employees act like theyre unhappy or cant be bothered by anyone.

Excellent, took my girls here for a drink...seems ridiculously sweetened though! Choose your drink wisely because my daughter wasnt a fan of hers. But I gave it five stars because she said mine was worth the 5 star rating. Great place for a treat.

We went in for Boba, per my nieces request. I didnt expect the food menu they had. Because of their name, I assumed it was going to be just refreshments. She got the Mango and we agree it is very good!

Went there 30 minutes before they closed and when we arrived this one women working there glared at us then rolled her eyes and would keep looking at us and after we got the boba mine tasted like water and i tasted my friends which was the exact same flavor as mine and his tasted diffrent so i go back in and they said its suposed to taste like that but they remade it and it tasted better overall one of the staff member was kinda rude but the drinks were alright.

Took my wife as a suprise to get boba. Trash boba. The cups are the same and meh at best. My wife ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted grainy because they use a powder. The strawberry slushie and combination with the boba teared my stomach a new one.

I honestly go here a couple times a week with my friends it is a very lovely and cute shop, the drinks here are very good and the food is very good. The customer service is amazing here they are super friendly and very helpful. they have the most adorable plushies and cups that you can purchase for a very good price

Tried this place. Im so happy they are opening more boba spots in the area. Boba is basically tapioca (for those who arent familiar). They have different flavored teas & smoothies. They also have different toppings like taro pudding and popping boba (pops in your mouth) lol. My kids like the taro milk tea with the taro pudding, honey milk tea with the honey boba, and thai tea here. Their prices are higher (compared to other tea places), but it comes with a sports drink size glass bottle. They said if you bring it back, you get a 10% discount. They have a rewards program too. :D

Super affordable, its between 3-6 dollars a drink and you receive a super cute glass drinking cup or a lightbulb that lights up. Very very good flavors and quality.

I normally enjoy coming to this boba place, the drinks and the boba is good. I recently visited, but the experience wasnt so great. I ordered a green apple drink with lychee jelly and a honeydew milk tea with mango popping boba, when I received my drinks the boba was mixed up. The mango popping was inside the green apple tea and the lychee jelly was inside the honeydew milk tea. I felt bad because I knew it meant that the employees would have to make a totally different drink. I let them know and they took the drinks. Turns out they simply swapped the boba within the drinks. They thought I wouldnt notice, but I did, and I found it very gross. When they swapped the boba, the flavor and powder from the milk tea on the lychee jelly transferred over to the green apple tea. This caused the drink to be and look gross. In these pictures you can see how the green apple tea has a powder like substance that shouldnt be there because its a regular tea and it also has mango popping inside. The right drink that is a honeydew milk tea had some left over lychee jelly. So from these pictures one can tell, the employees messed up the order and instead of making new drinks, simply swapped the boba. I found this unprofessional and wouldve returned for new drinks, but I was too far by the time I noticed.

I always come here hoping it will be good but it never is. It’s super close to home so I thought it would be convenient to have a yummy boba shop just up the road. Every time I go here my drink is about half ice and the quality of the boba pearls isn’t great. Never satisfies my boba cravings.

They have great selections of flavors and toppings but the real draw to Mr. Chi are the rotating choices of bottles and cups. You pay a bit more, but theyre so cool, cute, and unique I think it is worth it.

Good Boba place, but then sometimes bad. The employees are always so young and seem like they barely know what theyre doing. A lot of them make it awkward and dont know much about customer service or speaking loud enough. The entire indoors of this place stinks like BO or dirty used towels, 99% of the time; I know people only come to try the Boba which most times isnt bad. It is a gamble with the flavors and how they made your boba on how good your drink will be.

Great customer service and awesome boba. Lots of different toppings (e.g., boba, green tea boba, etc.) and drink combinations (e.g., milk teas, slushies/smoothies, teas, etc.). Small parking lot but easy to find parking. Went here on a Saturday afternoon with my sister and two friends, and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Also enjoyed the friendly and chill vibe. And the decor sports an astroturf backdrop for pictures 😎 and love the attention to detail -- the cups the drinks come in (see attached picture: the ones we got are reusable, sturdy plastic with tops like a coffee top from a coffee shop and a heart insert). Highly recommended and will be returning!

1st time here.. i would say its a $$ for a boba .. nice cups... great flavor i got taro milk it was delicous with coffe jelly and popping strawberries..

The Girl with the black hair who is currently working has had really poor customer service. She was really rude and we were trying to be as nice as we could with her but she for some reason was just rude.

I love this place because there’s something for everyone there’s jelly’s in different shapes, classic honey boba, and different flavored popping like the ones from frozen yogurt places. I think the most kind friendly drink is the teas with poppings. There’s macha and vegan kinda of drinks as well. The cups are soo cute. Sometimes they come out with glass tall cups that have little pictures on the bottom. The workers are usually young adults or teenagers. They are very nice to the younger groups such as middle schoolers and elementary kids. Merchandise comes out every once and a while like stuffed animals. There’s also good deals such as free drinks with a certain amount of points the only catch is telling them your phone number :D. The ONLY THING IS I noticed that recently the name for who served you is always “Gabriella”. Suspicious 🤨

Fairly quick service with many great drink options. A lot of the novelty of this place is the different bottle designs!

For six dollars a drink youd think it wouldnt be 70% ice. Overpriced for what you get. The cups are cute but a big waste of plastic. The flavors are neat but its a shame you have only a few sips before ice goes up the straw and youve reached the bottom because again, 70% ice to save on costs.

They must use a powdered coconut milk because the couple times Ive had the coconut milk as a substitute, particularly in the iced Thai milk tea, the drink is incredibly gritty. On top of that, please be very careful getting a slush drink in the tall plastic cup as it apparently will explode quite easily if picked up a bit too abruptly; the upside is at least its easy to clean out and wont stain, but make better quality cups.

I ordered a Jasmine flower milk tea with boba, their Jasmine tea isnt a powder (personally enjoy loose leaf ) which is great, and they use milk foam which to me was new to discover (think almost like a condensed milk in this case is sweet and salty) the mixture of the flavor of tea, the light sweetener and the milk foam make a concoction thats super savory and by the time I make it back home its already gone from enjoying it too quickly. Theyre new glassware you can bring back which is great if youre into recycling theyll just wash it in house and reuse it for your convenience. Great spot.

I used to go more often when the place recently opened and I was so happy that the tea tasted good and the cups were cute. Not so happy for the price and servings but I didnt care at the beginning.After a while, I didnt want the cups because I already had most all of them even when they changed them, so I had to stop going.I wish they had the option for a regular old fashioned plastic cup with the plastic sealed lid, so the price wouldnt be that high.Place is a really good business and their Tea is good, service is good, and overall good; hopefully when I visit in the future they have more options to their sizes and prices.

I got a matcha milk tea and and ombre tea, the matcha tasted like milk and the tea tasted like creamer, after reading these reviews i think it was just a one time thing, the honey boba was really good but in my experience both of the drinks had no flavor

Its a nice little shop next to Pho restaurant. Notably clean and neat inside and the staff are a little friendly. The boba drink I ordered was Winter Dream, which is a banana smoothie with strawberry drizzle and boba, so delicious. Also heard that when you buy your drinks, it comes in a glass bottle. Asked when they might get more but the girl said she didnt know when! Does anyone know when you could get one? Thank you in advance.

Its super disappointing when you lock your doors before actual closing hours and have people drive far to make it for the last 5-10 mins to go to their favorite boba place however it seems their are workers here that dont love their job enough to stay till its time to close. I came at 8:25 and they already had their doors lock with chairs up and mopping however even the car next to me looked confused on why they were closed as it arrived another minute later. If this is how they do business here than Ill be taking my business elsewhere with my kids. Very unprofessional.
