I love this place! Theyve yet to get an order wrong! My mom and I used to stop here on the way to her taking me to visit my dad for the weekends, it was our little tradition that we shared. I hadnt been there in a long time, so when we were passing it on the freeway, I HAD to stop for old times sake... Still looks the same and in good condition even after all these years later... (Almost 20 years later...) As usual, fantabulous experience and amazing drinks! Had husband pick up mobile order, but Im sure the service was as amazing as Ive always known it to be!

Staff is very friendly and moving through customers quickly. Line may have looked long in the drive through but they where very efficient with working through the rush

Friendly staff. They do let you use the restrooms. No seating inside. Clean and have masks and sanitizer if you need it. Masks are a must.

Everything is very overpriced. I got a strawberry lemonade and a breakfast sandwich. Both were very good, but it was almost $10. Were not coffee-drinkers, but someone had given my wife a gift card for Starbucks so we went to try it out. Probably wont be back.

This is my go to starbucks! Marcy is the best! She remembers my order and Ive only gone thru the drive thru. I have to say though the entire staff is amazing as well. They all recognize me when Im there and say hi and ask me how I am. I wont go to another Starbucks.

This Starbucks store is so unorganized that they were cleaning the floor (3 of them doing the same work) before fulfilling mine and a few others orders.Then when the barista made my drink she never washed her dirty hands after using the mop.Needless to say I ended up throwing my hot grande matcha green tea away.They were too busy chatting, I interrupted and said when do you plan on making my drink.

Way better service and quality than the one of the west side of the freeway. The wait is always much short and the drinks are consistently better. Never a long wait in the drive thru and my drink isnt made until I pull up to the window so it isnt all melted by the time they hand it to me! Ill gladly cross to the other side of the freeway and go a little out of my way to get something better.

Awful I just spent 25min in their drive Thur. I called while waiting to see if a car broke down for them to tell me theyre be with us soon. I am always at Starbucks and I came here to this one and will never return. Ill stay to my normal ones off grape...

Usually its okay at the Starbucks the service is good. The Barb its meds or whatever theyre called are real good but seems as of yesterday one of them decided they could speak to me anyway they wanted to know Im still going to give it a 5-star rating because I cant let One Bad Apple ruin the whole bunch but I believe that individual that works there should realize that they work there and that they are expendable and they should not speak to paying customers anyway they feel like.

Polite service with better than average food quality for this vendor. Baristas were polite and less assuming than most. Unique drive through with a great view of the landscape.

Online Google listing shows hours open till 10:30pm. They close the cafe at 10pm - i know - cuz i just got booted.

So I had ordered a coffee in the morning through the drive through for the first time in years. As anyone knows who frequents Starbucks, the coffee is usually way too hot to drink immediately, so I left it untouched in my cup holder to let it cool. When I went to pick it up, I realized it had been leaking, destroying the contents of other holder which it flowed into.I went back to Starbucks to at least get another cup of coffee, but they let me refill my thermos with free coffee, free of charge. Ive had some bad experiences with Starbucks customer service, but this store makes me believe the company is slowly getting better with policy. Will start coming back again.

STARBUCKS IS ALWAYS GOOD. IM DO HAVE COMPASSION FOR THE HOMELESS. YET WHEN WAITING THROUGH THE DRIVE IN. MY WIFE AND I APPROACH MY A HOMELESS. STARBUCKS SAW THE GUY NEVER SAID A THING. WE WHERE SICK BETWEEN OTHER CARS WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET OUT . YOU COULD TELL THIS GUY WAS NOT ALL THERE. KEEP YOUR DOORS LOCK WHEN WAITING IN DRIVE THROUGH. THE LAST WEEK WE WENT TO COUNTRY KITCHEN FOR BREAKFAST AND 7 / 11 SAW ABOUT 7 HOMELESS IN ONE TIME. I GUESS OUR CITY IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. FOR A WEEK AT USA SERVICE STATION CAN EVEN GET GAS HOMELESS COME UP FOR MONEY ATTENDANT SAID THEY CAN DO NOTHING CALL CORPORATE. AGAIN WENT TO JACK IN A BOX . RIGHT AT THE ETRANCE AT THE GRASSY AREA WAS A HOMELESS PERSON SLEEPING WITH HIS ZIPPER WIDE OPEN. I TOLD THE MANAGER. THEY DO GO AROUND DO SOMETHING . SAD WILDOMAR CITY LETTING THIS GETTING BAD.

I travel a lot and have to say this is by far the best one around. Tenured and genuine staff always get it right with a REAL smile each time. Service is outstanding

Awesome!Put in a mobile order and it was ready to go when I got there a couple minutes later. I love my green tea frapp! It is the most well blended one I’ve ever gotten. My husband asked me to get one too and since there was no line it took 30ish seconds for me to head out the door with both drinks!

Not normally a fan to hipsterish for me, But I was pleasantly surprised. The lady at the counter was not like my last experience. The Frapacino was very good.

Messed up my order and they were rude about it when I called to let them know. Missing food and beverage.

What has happened to Starbucks?! It used to be your drink was perfect and delicious and totally worth the high price! Now, my drink is wrong at least 25% of the time, its sloppy and dripping, when employees are questioned they are defensive and argumentative. This particular location used to be the best around, but lately it is the worst. I have two other Starbucks I can choose from that are close and Im pretty much done with this location! Ive had a gold card for 12 years, Im a loyal customer, spending approximately $200 a month. Its too bad there arent any other drive-thru coffee shops in this area.

I recently had two mishaps at this Starbucks the first time I went thRU DT I ordered mocha frap and it was bitter there was a kid training another and he said he knew the drink was bad but he was training I said why did u give me a bad drink the second time it was 4:30 my son got me same drink and again it was bitter so I called she said we will write ur name down for free drink come get it anytime. I sent my son to get it about 2 days later and they said no u need a receipt to him. So I called and talked to a guy who basically called me a liar saying I dont know why my staff would forget to write your name down. Umm your staff can screw up a drink but you think its totally above them to get to busy to forget to write down a name? Im a gold member mr paranoid not trying to scam a free drink just trying to get what I pay for jerk
