Great inventory, this ACE Hardware storeHas several items in stock that the largerHardware stores do not have. Especially the nuts and bolts and related items. This section is relied upon by me because the inventory is far more complete.

Friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, but selection is poor... And stock is usually low. Sadly often have to start here and then go elsewhere once you know what you need (Lowes or Hanks).

Good place to pick up quick items. Reminds me a bit of the Mom and Pops before the bigbox stores put them out of business. Decent selection if limited by the store size. Staff was pleasant to work with.

Ever since I got a nice grill, this is one of my new favorite stores. Great bbq section with accessories, rubs, sauces, pellets, etc. Staff has always been more than accommodating and very friendly.

Always a good choice for one or few nuts, bolts, fasteners, spray paint, canned paints, excellent service unavailable at big box home improvement outlets were it can take 15 or more minutes for so so staffer to arrive.

Love our Ace! This store has a great selection! Also, major props to the store manager. It seems like she’s solely in charge of enforcing the mask policy and it looks like she has to put up with a lot. We definitely appreciate her sacrifice though! She had four different customers she was dealing with, one of which was screaming at her. I’m sure her job isn’t easy! We will continue to support awesome stores like this!

One of the best places I found to get Hardware. Friend and helpful. Not like the big box hardware stores at all.

I needed help in the plumbing department, a very nice young man helped me. Found exactly what I was looking for.

They send good coupons. They usually have the nuts and bolts I need except for a few odd sizes.

I needed one very unusual screw, and I know unlike the big hardware stores you dont have to buy a full package of screws that you wont need later. Its nice that you can buy exactly what you need, and not be required to buy more of something you wont use. The service was absolutely fantastic. There were two people that were searching for this one screw I needed, and between them they found the exact one I needed. They probably spent a good 20 minutes helping me. They definitely lost money,, on my purchase. Once again, this type of service is what keeps them having very happy customers. Theyre my go-to hardware store.

I had a simple return. Just changing the size of my furnace filter that had no price difference. I Wait In line and go up to the cashier, she tells me to get what I need and come back up. I come back up, there’s eight people in line she tells me to get to the back of the line... how unfair is that??? I’ve already stood in line Behind multiple people once... they need to have a little bit more customer service than that!

The place is well enough for general diy home upkeep. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Its good not to be waiting on long check out lines.

We entered the store this evening completely forgot our masks all except 2 employees were playing with a toy. When we were offered a mask we turned to accept them a blond female sarcastically said goodbye we dont want your business here, so we decided to take our business elsewhere and we wont be back

If you wont allow backpacks in your facility, post a sign on the door, dont have 2 employees chase me down to tell me I need to leave my bag at the front. I ride a bicycle by choice and only needed a $12 toilet baffle. I wont be making purchases at this location again.

They have such a fantastic variety of different hardware like nuts and bolts in metric and standard sizing. Everything is so well-organized too! Several hardware components Ive been searching for elsewhere for some time, I found with ease, at Ace. The sweetest older gentleman works the hardware department. Hes so knowledgeable, and eager to help. He helps everytime I shop the store. Someone give him a raise. 🙂

This is the best stocked, best staffed Ace anywhere Ive been in SoCal, and Ive been to a lot of them. If you cant find it there, it probably isnt made anymore, or just isnt worth having.In spite of that, the best feature is the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff👍👍👍

I am now a fan of Ace Hardware! When a Wal-Mart employee saw that my fob has fallen apart, he recommended going to Ace Hardware. (Thank you for that info!) I went to Ace Hardware today and it would have cost $130, but the employee there suggested that I just buy the outer plastic case, since the fob itself works great. Its just the plastic case that has fallen apart, so its only going to be $25!! I so appreciate him saving me so much money. I never would have known that was an option if he didnt tell me. Thank you Rod and Michael at Ace Hardware, youre awesome!

Went to Ace for picture hanging hardware. Was only there for about 20 seconds before someone asked if they could help me find anything. Was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options they had, and prices were competitive.

Good social distancing with all the employees wearing masks only a few a holes I dont want to wear a mask when they visit the store

It is no longer the helpful place. Bill was condescending and extremely rude. Years ago when this store opened the staff was so helpful and willing to help. It was not about the upsell, it was all about helping the customers so they would come back. Unfortunately this is the most convenient place, but I will be limiting my visits to the store.

Love this place. Its so small but always has what I need. You know that rage in the bigger hardware stores where there is no one to help or they avoid you. Does not happen here. Youre in and out so fast.

I hate to post anything negative as I love shopping here, but I went in today and they have almost completely done away with their health precautions. None of the employees I saw are wearing facemasks and theyre also not requiring customers to wear facemasks. The only precautions in place are a plexiglass divider between you and the cashier and they also have their no return policy in place.Unfortunately Ill be shopping elsewhere for the time being as Ace has completely put health and safety on the back burner.

The only reason I didnt give this Ace location 5 stars is because the lady always at the door trying to push solar power. I have to tell her every time I go in that Im not interested in solar. Other than that, this is a good Ace. Very helpful staff.

I ordered a product online and was charged, but when I arrived to pick up they were out of stock. I reached out to the manager and he said he could not do anything and in order to cancel I have to call customer service. Of course they are only open mom-fri and now I’m out $500 until then with no product. This is the worse customer service between the store not keeping up to date records and corporate taking my money. I will also file a complaint with the BBB.

Ace hardware stores are usually mom and pop stores and that makes them feel a little more homey than the big stores. I really like most hardware stores and enjoy shopping in them, so it is just a matter of personal preference.

I went to Ace today to look at an umbrella stand that I found on line. I hadnt shopped at Ace in years, but remember the good service I always received when I was looking for something in particular, at the Corona store. At that time, I liked that someone greeted me; asked me what I needed and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Not so with this Wildomar store.The salesman showed me the area where the stands were and left; after I tracked him down I asked if I could see the stand. Ah, that meant opening a box. He had the nerve to ask: what do you need to see? Heres a picture and actually read to me what the box included. Nothing but rude!I said I saw the picture on line but Id like to see it. He said he couldnt open a box (and no stands were on display). Interestingly some of the boxes looked like they had been opened and taped back up. He said, I cant open a box, but the manager can.So he got the manager, Tina, who nicely courteously, pleasantly, obligingly, opened a box for me. I bought the stand. I told Tina that the sales rep was rude and that I said to myself: I will never come here again.I got to the check out and had to ask twice for the 25% discount on one item that was offered on line and in the advertisement paper. I had to also re iterate to him that a part wasnt in the umbrella stand box, but Tina had put it in a bag - right next to him. Duh, pay attention.Finally, Tina carried the 26 lb stand out to the car for me. Thank you Tina. But you need to fire these 2 idiots.
