My truck broke down on interstate 81. The tow truck driver recommended this place. The mechanic said he wouldnt be able to work on it for a few days. But when we got it off the tow truck it fired right up. He suggested to leave it running till it acts up, which never happened. So I said Ill just hit the road because you cant diagnose a problem if my trucks not having one. He said wait, let me hook up my computer to it to see if its throwing any codes. That didnt show anything so he checked my air flow sensor and discovered it was filthy and probably the cause of the problem. He cleaned it and refused payment. My truck made the 200 mile drive home without incident so Im confident he solved the problem. These are obviously good, honest people. I would trust them with my truck any day.

One of the thing I really like and appreciate about this place is that they tell you what’s going on right to the point. Every job needs to be treated as if life depends on how good of a job these mechanics do. The experience I had recently with my brake repair appointment did not reflect that at all. I thought I was leaving my vehicle in good trustworthy hands, but I received anything but, my break lines are full of air, the calipers are not responding to the application of pressure to the brake pedal. I returned to have it reevaluated after almost getting into an accident. And they fixed nothing. Im so dissapointed in their service. Driving my vehicle now is so much more stressful, I fear for mine and my childrens lives because my vehicle is essential to get us around from point A to B.
