Jocelyn was my savior today🙏 I’m not a makeup guru at all but I love doing a full face. When I came to her for help she found me the best brands for what I was looking for and even helped me match my skin tone! She suggested brands and tools that she uses; her makeup looks phenomenal so I took her advice on everything!Embarrassingly enough, at the checkout I had an issue with my card. She was beyond patient and helpful while I fixed it. She deserves a RAISE!!!!👍

I’ve been frequenting this Sephora since it opened! Sometimes the associates are busy and not very helpful. But today I met an associate named Bree. Bree was AWESOME! I came in right when they opened (10:01a.m.) with my 3 boys and newborn baby! That can annoy people especially it being so early but not Bree. She helped me in every way. She was so sweet and really took her time with me. I cannot thank her enough. Sephora should be happy to have an amazing, dedicated and kind associate! Bree, thank you again girlfriend!! ❤️Back to update my review. This place keeps getting better. My daughter was a Sephora gift bag for Halloween, these amazing ladies treated her like royalty and were so kind. Thank you again. And I believe Bree is still there and was one of the ladies working that day.

I honestly totally forgot that there was a sephora inside JCPenneys. It used to be such an excitin treat when my mom would take me to new york city and Sephora was always the first and basicslly only store i wanted to go to. Even though it is oretty expensive i must admit i still love sephora. They sell mac makeup which has slways been super expensive however u get what u pay for.

Horrible experience,STAY away!! If you appreciate a friendly and knowledgeable staff, please go somewhere else. Worst part is the manager attitude named Sam,she looks at you rudely when you walk in, never asks you what you need,and when when she doesnt know the answer to a question raises her voice at you, totally unprofessional! Also noticed her make up was so dramatic today that, not to be rude, looked like a clown..bright yellow lipstick, a red color eyeshadow in one eye and greenish and so much more going on that it really is embarrassing .Also I got a mini eye session and I literally had to remove it, need way more training and matters,and last but not least these employees are always talking about their personal issues without realizing customers are around.

Uncle Gerrys daughter was suppose to review this for him because he spent a good hour walking around the store with her trying on many different products. My daughter not myself. LOL.I can tell you the products are of very high quality albeit expensive but you do get what you pay for. The staff was more than friendly, helpful and very knowable about all their products.UNCLE GERRY’S TIP: Don’t bring your daughters to this store unless you want to blow a huge block of time and money. Although, to keep her happy it’s so worth it.

Great place for mainly women but they do have some nice cologne for guys.

Bought the Better Than Sex mascara for $24. Ive used this product before from Ulta, or ordered online, and it was worth the money! Bought it from Sephora, and first use: its flakey. Im so annoyed, never buy their mascara! They use old products!

I was there buying a perfume for my wife.....there was a lady that she looked very uptight about working and had Horrible attitude.i asked her a question about one perfume and just kept walking and told me with a rough tone of voice that she was busy.....her name is Sam.i walked out of there in a heartbeat because that attitude is NOT getting my business,drove to ULTA and they helped me much better!
