Called to make an appointment, after 15 minutes on hold the call was disconnected. Called back and same deal happened.Just go somewhere else they clearly do not have time for people.Edit: for response.Called back and talked with a very kind gentleman and we worked together to make appointments. Ive updated my review to reflect as such. Thank you for being kinder than the woman I attempted to speak to earlier.

I brought my 12 year old to another office for an exam and contacts. She had a hard time getting the contacts in and didnt get any help at her follow up visit. I made her an appointment here to give it one last shot before giving up. The staff was wonderful! They re-examined her and spent time with her showing her different methods of putting in and removing the contacts. She has been using them on her own and is finally settled into a prescription. From making the appointment, to the examination by the doctor, to the sit down with the staff it was an overall great experience.

Stopped in to look for glasses for my son. I was so blown away how nice everyone was. It was a great experience! They were all so helpful and so sweet to us; especially my son. I couldnt ask for better service!

I took both of my girls here to be seen and was treated extremely well by the entire staff. We felt very welcomed. We were immediately noticed upon walking in the door. We were invited to walk around and browse frames and the appointments were tended to in a timely manner. I also felt as though the optometrist did an exceptional exam on both girls. My younger daughter has 20/20 vision yet Dr Eskin took her time to make absolutely sure she was exactly that. My older daughter has poor vision with a few other issues like cataracts and such. She too her time in thoroughly examining my daughter and making absolute sure to get her vision to be the best it can be. We are grateful for the staff at this location!!!

Never thought it would come to this but for a totally different reason, I had to call my insurance co., and inadvertently found out that Crystal Vision charged my insurance co., for an eye exam I never had done with one of their doctors. The fact is, I had brought with me a hardcopy new prescription from another eye doctor seen only several months before. Insurance called them and verified it and they had to remove the charge. Needless to say, this is what prompted my review. Also, the young lady that took care of me didnt know how to use her inside voice. Her voice was way off the charts and I was being tolerant. So, lessons learned...1.Take the time to check with your insurance co., to make sure no one is frauding them as when they fraud, insurances go up regardless of who your provider is. 2. Instead of tolerating the volume of someones voice breaking the sound barrier, bow out and go somewhere else. No one has to put up with noise pollution. Anyway, I moved on, found a great doctor at a great place and the next review will be about their professionalism and care and how they didnt try to rip my insurance co.

I had a good experience there. The Dr. Was very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff read my insurance and told me exactly what benefits I receive. Overall very nice people.

I took my son for his eye exam and he really enjoyed it. So when it was time for my exam I also went there. They always were very nice and courteous. I will definitely go back.

The lady that took care of me was very polite and nice and bery smart on how she explained the package deals they had .much cheaper then walmart thats my new spot they will always have me for a customer

Just had my first appointment and I am very satisifed. Dr. Eskin and the optical staff are very friendly. I was able to keep my favorite frames and just have updated lenses put in them which saved me money. Best of all, its only a few blocks from my house.

Bought 2 pair of eye glasses from here. Will never happen again. Ear pieces made my ears hurt took em back to get Fixed they said thats how they are. The second pair look nice but are made cheap
