More bad than good reviews? I think I will stop in to shop and maybe buy something depending on the customer service, if I get an attitude then I will know the bad reviews to be true

The literal worst business I have ever seen. Responding to customers even on the reviews here with the same terrible attitude they all experienced in store. Big shot owner of a business that cant keep employees or customers and then pretends its because he chooses not to have them. Youre literally just a terrible human being. Thats the only thing about your nonsense thats a choice. Go literally anywhere else.Edit *I never rented from this place. Them responding acting like they repossessed merchandise literally proves my point*

He was so rude to my husband it was unreal. We went in looking for a refrigerator because ours is broken, we found one we like, started doing everything & this guys was so rude saying if we call you will answer your phone or we will not come with the craziest attitude Ive ever heard a business owner have. & he continued to say the same thing 3 times with the same attitude. Then when my husband pointed out the attitude, instead of trying to apologize & resolve the issue, he said so rudely, then you can walk right out that door & said dont ever come back. Mind you, my husband was nice the entire time until the very end when the guys attitude was getting worse so my husband gave him attitude right back. & the other guy thats in there was like yeah yeah just go, leave. Ive never experienced so much disrespect from a business in my whole life...

My family and I have been long time customers! We have gotta Many items form Marks good quality things. He has always taken care of us and taken care of the items if there was problem with something. Great customer service all they way around!!

Mark has always treated me fairly. He has stood behind all my purchases. I never go anywhere else. Mark has always been very kind and nice to me. If he does not have what I want he orders it and then makes sure I receive it. I cant say enough about Mark and his store

Prices and quality of products are great but, Mark is rude and will give you the run-around when something goes wrong with an item you are purchasing from him. Poor customer service, so bad that I am going to Aarons Rent To Own (who has great costumer service) so I dont have to deal with Mark. Called him today to ask about an Item I am purchasing from him that isnt working properly, he told me he ordered a new charger for it and that wasnt even the problem with the item! So I asked him why he was getting a charger and not fixing the problem. His reply was I got stuff i gotta do and cant talk right now and hung up the phone on me. I called back with no answer. Not sure if hes trying to rip me off but i will update this review when i find out. The only reason i am still dealing with this guy is because i have already paid a lot of money for this item but, after this i will never go back there and wouldnt recommend anyone else to go to this guy either!UPDATE: years after this incident Mark is still the same as he was before. Except for the products are not actually good quality, furniture falls apart easily and the electronics are not working as they should.

Went to purchase from Mark and got an attitude from him on delivery and when I told him he had an attitude he said leave and dont come back. Does not deserve a star

He will not rent or lease to single males. I find it unfair . I am 45 years old single dad . When I ask why his response was Im the owner .thats why. Thats fine but it must not be a policy if his employees had no problem with it. . Ill keep my money and go elsewhere

Mark workers are rude. Why would a bussiness txt messages to the customer? If you miss a payment and they come to your house they will never knock. Going elsewhere and I advise you all to do the same

They didnt have what I wanted, but they do have a lot of nice stuff.

Absolutely the worst place to go to get anything!!!! Mark is a complete D**#!!!We missed our last payment date by one day and the only reason we couldnt pay the due date was because he was closed. So, we went the day after the due date to pay off our stove and he told us that we started a new contract all over again because we missed our due date. So instead of taking our $300 last payment, we now owe him $550 dollars in order to pay it off. This man is a cheapskate!!! Word of advice, steer clear of that POS!

Horrible attitude from Mark. My old roommates rented from him. They sent the furniture back because it was falling apart. After I moved away from them I went to get a couch and because they sent theirs back he told me to take my business elsewhere or take the old couch back. Why the hell would I want a broken couch? He basically told me to go to hell and rent from Arrons or Rent a Center. Word of advice, DONT rent from him! He will screw you over. He will nickel and dime the hell out of you. Hes a cheapskate.
