We ordered a couch And love seat, they said it usually takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks, but no more than 4. Well, due to COVID, our couch was delayed months. However they made it right by letting us pick out any living room set in the show room and letting us use it until our actual set got here. They didn’t charge it and delivered the next day. Very happy with the experience

I called to get a new phone, One of the workers is currently calling around to get one in for me which most the workers there are very helpful.

I really love my Rent-A-Center. What a great crew. After renting a product that i thought would look good in my home after getting it there realizedit made the room darker they gladly exchanged the product for a different color that suited my home. I will continue to do business with them from now on
