Mattress shopping is never fun (well, laying on all the mattresses is! but being hounded by sales people is NOT fun!). But the experience we had at Mattress Warehouse in Williamsport was wonderful. Our salesman, Jason A., let us take our time, was knowledgeable about different beds and frames, and made sure we had a good 5+ minutes laying on each bed we liked to make sure we got a good feel of the mattress. We had tried other area stores, and when we wanted to lay down for a few minutes to let the mattress settle, the salespeople looked rushed and busy.. but not here. It was a great experience. After looking around, we decided to come back and make our purchase at Mattress Warehouse. Thanks Jason for all your help!!

Great experience from the moment we entered the door, Andrew was very professional and went out of his way to help find the right mattress at the best price. The BedMatch was a nice tool to get us started in the right direction.

The one star is for the finance company. The salesman was very professional and patient. Despite having excellent credit I was asked to provide a video of myself and pictures of my ID. The salesman had never had this request of a customer before. He did call finance company several times to resolve the issue only to be put on hold for long periods of time and then disconnected without warning. We never did complete the sale because the finance company was “having their own issues”. Humiliating experience!

Jason steered my wife in the direction of something she liked, was on sale and was in the price range I was interested in. Unfortunately the sale was off but he was still able to get the price down. Ultimately we decided on something much better and again he was able to get us a very nice discount. No pressure and great customer service. Would highly recommend working with Jason at Mattress Warehouse for your next mattress needs.

Everything was dandy until I recieved the martress I paid for. The mattress I received was different from the one I tried in store. The top of it had a different pattern/texture and it was noticeably less comfortable as you could feel the springs in it. I ended up doing the comfort exchange, (which you have to pay extra to do) and paid double to get a better quality bed. I also got an adjustable base which wasnt cheap, but the quality of the controller was, as it fell off the bed the first week I had it and the plastic back broke off of it. Apparently you need the extended warranty to cover the controller, unless you want to pay $75 for a replacement. Pretty disappointing...

We left with different options to consider and came back Wednesday evening to pick out our new bed. Once again Andy was very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable mattress.Our new bed was delivered on Saturday at our request and the delivery men were very prompt and put our new bed together in about 35 minutes. We are very pleased with our new bed, our experience at Mattress Warehouse and would definitely recommend Andy and the White glove delivery service!!!
