This place would not pack a small 4 pound aluminum fender. Would have been an easy wrap for them and they said no we can’t wrap it or box it when they had tons of stuff to do the job! Very disappointed in this place!

Ever since Amazon changed its return location from Kohls to this store, I have had nothing but trouble. The first visit they tried to charge me for boxing and shipping. Until I produced the email saying no labels or boxing required. Today, they insisted I have a label. Pathetic.

Went to this UPS store for notary service to verify documents for employment for an I9 form. I didnt even need the forms officially notarized, just signed by the notary. After arguing with me about the service I needed, and clearly providing an email which a stated precisely what I asked for, I was denied. Apparently the notary doesnt do that. So I was sent elsewhere. Although before I left, the guy had the nerve to ask me if they needed to be sent after being signed. I said, well that was the idea, but why would I mail them from here if you cant help me with what I need.

Wow how is this place still in business!!! Cant even open on time. I got here before 8am to drop something off before work and waited until 8:10 before I had to leave so I wasnt late. Now way to run a business.

If I could post zero stars, I would. This is the WORST UPS Store Ive ever done business with. Ive shipped several packages from this store and have never received good customer service. The worst, by far, was on 12/30/19. I took a large box of Christmas presents in with a preprinted label. The label was not very clear so I asked the young man at the counter if he could reprint it. He was extremely rude and told me to do it myself. Thats fine but he failed to mention I would be charged almost $4. I reprinted the label and asked him if there was a charge to mark the box fragile. He said no. We finished the transaction and I asked him a second time to mark the box fragile. He didnt say a word and took my shipment to the back. The package was received at its destination today and it was damaged. There were no fragile stickers on the box. Thankfully, I insured it so Ill be filing a $400 claim to replace the damaged gifts.

Great service and friendly staff! Quick turn around and good quality. Walked out of staples down the road because they were rude and wanted a day to print 20 copies of one sales flier. Will be back to the UPS store in the future!Thanks!-Jesse

Refuses to ship anything firearm related. If you support your right to bear arms, take your business else where. Clerk was of no help as well. The distribution center on wahoo drive will ship whatever you bring them, with a smile on their face. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I have tried multiple times to use the WILLIAMSPORT, PA Ups Store. The service is horrible. There is always some reason for the clerk to be snotty and unprofessional. Take your UPS shipping business to Staples.
