Had an appointment two weeks in advance to get trailer hitch installed. Drove 100 miles to be told they didn’t have the parts. Never received a phone call saying parts were delayed. Not cool 👎

Reserved a dozen furniture pads for $10 for 4 days for my mother. When she arrived the sales person incorrectly told her it would be $10/day. And told her it was more economical to buy them. So she ended up purchasing 8 furniture pads for $64 rather than renting 12 for $10. They took advantage of a customer that wasn’t sure what they were doing. I called corporate and they confirmed she was given bad information, but no action was taken to rectify the situation.

Upon checking out, the man that helped me was great. But there was this co-worked that gave me real attitude when I started asking some questions. He was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. He is obviously in the wrong business and gives this company a bad image.

This was the uhaul experience I was looking for, great to work with.

Gave me a unit with steel column in the middle of it and never told me and wouldnt offer another unit without one for the same price. I asked to terminate the rental and instead charged me for the month.

I have a storage unit here, and rented a 15 moving truck with car dolly for relocating down south and let me tell you this place is amazing! The people at this facility are always beyond helpful and always help find the best solution to help you when things dont go as planned. The storage units are unbelievably secure, and very clean as well. I am continuously impressed by the continuing amazing service from not just one but every associate that works here. I recommend anyone who is thinking of using this uhaul for storage or even just moving to DEFINITELY use this facility! They are unendingly friendly and extraordinarily helpful!

The apartment I am renting needed emergency maintenance and I needed to get my belongings out within 8 hours to allow the drywall to be removed and replaced. I browsed for cheaper prices and longer availability online and landed upon this particular U-Haul facility. I drove there immediately and was given a tour of the facility and some sample units. I was given tons of helpful information, including tips, pricing information, and various packages that would suit my needs. Ultimately, I settled on an upper level unit inside the air-conditioned facility, and have stored my possessions there for four months so far. I was able to store items within half an hour after arriving, which felt like record time, and was a huge relief for saving my possessions from possible damage in my apartment. What started as a one day emergency has turned into a many month venture, and the U-Haul staff have always been there to help throughout the process, all while maintaining a top-notch facility.

Rented an enclosed trailor online. The staff were great when I picked it up and when I dropped off a day later. Great job and service!

Ill edit this review once I get better service. BUT, I went in there for some pricing and had some questions about some of the smaller trailers. Told the rep where I was headed and all he did was talk badly about my destination, saying how terrible it is and since he saw something negative on Facebook, it had to be a terrible place. Thats not what I asked. I asked for pricing and info. I forget his name, but just be aware that they have a rep who isnt very professional.

Lowes was going to charge me $79 to deliver. So I rented a U-Haul Van instead. It cost $41 plus I got to ride around her in a nice van for a day.

Get your gas grill propane tank refilled for a great price, better than swapping out the tanks at the gas station.

Nice Staff and Good Customer Service.I would recommend this facility. Its clean, coveniently located, well lit and secured.Kurt and Demitri -the 2 staff members I dealt with were very friendly and professional.Kurt was patient, pleasant and very informative.Demitri was very polite and extremely helpful.My temporary move to Williamsport started out as a nightmare but when I arrived at the facility I was greeted with a welcoming smile and kind words by Demitri who also went above and beyond the normal customer service duty and helped me move some of my things into my storage unit - all while offering great conversation.Thanks to both these guys for the great customer service experience.But thanks to Demitri especially for making a stranger to the area feel welcomed and comfortable. - Much appreciated.
