A lot of dealerships pressure you from the moment you walk through the door with someone at your hip the whole time. Auto Lenders encouraged me to walk the lot and see if there was anything I liked. John D. could feel out that my first time there I was not looking to leave with a vehicle, but with information. He and I chatted for about an hour at this desk, and never once did I feel pressured to make a decision. That time could have been spent with other clients, but I felt like he genuinely wanted to get me into the right vehicle. When I arrived to close the deal, the truck was washed and ready to go for me, and after about 45 minutes of switching my insurance policy and signing paperwork, he pulled my old car off the lot and I drove onto the pike in my new (to me) Ram 1500 Big Horn! By far the best experience Ive had buying from a Dealership. Purchased my unicorn, a 30th anniversary Miata after a nationwide search and many deals fallen through. Very fair price to boot. Ross was excellent and honest in communication, and made the entire process as painless as possible. My daughter bought a Jeep from you with a bad transmission, ac and faulty seatbelts. She has been without a car now for over a week, making payments on a lemon car that she cant drive, and no one has offered her a rental car to help her. Shes single with two children without a car. I have to drive from Deptford to Hammonton every few days to make her to drs. appointments, shopping, ect. Every time she tries calling you no one answers the phone, yet you have a building full of employees.The service at your facility is horrible. The very least you guys can do is give her a rental car so she can get around, but no one seems to care about helping her. Needless to say were spreading the word about you guys, and never buying a car there again.

I was really excited to find a car I had been looking for for about a month in the parking lot. I walked into the building and wasnt as much as greeted by anyone, waited in the waiting area for over 30 minutes because it appeared the salesmen were busy helping people. 2 women walked in, no more then 10 feet from whe Im standing, and someone immediately jumped up front their desk and started with the typical How can we help you. I wish I had more of an interaction to rate them on, but I value my time, so I left.

I’m giving them a 2 only because I thought their prices were fair compared to other dealers, and we haven’t had any issues with our one vehicle we bought (so far) a Ram truck. The second vehicle we bought (Jeep cherokee ) is another story. We have the warranty for both vehicles thankfully and it seems to be a good extended warranty. What good does it do you though, when they sell you a vehicle that has 5 lights/codes come on within 2 weeks of purchase then they act like they never have these issues with their vehicles they sell. According to their bad reviews it seems that’s not the case. It’s a 2017 with 35k miles out of a lease. It’s also a higher end model Cherokee. What are the chances 4-5 different problems cropped up within a couple weeks of purchase? Mind you I never really got to drive it bc it spent most of its time in and out of their service center fixing each issue. The only “resolution” we got was a “we’ll take it to Berlin for you to save you the trouble” this last go around. Not even an offer to drop it back in williamstown afterward. I suggested them sending it to Jeep to save everyone the headache and maybe they would cover the $100 deductible for our trouble since it seems like they sold us a lemon. Still have not gotten that from them. We’re suspicious they got the car out of auction knowing it had code lights on and they reset them .I would’ve still considered giving them 3 stars if they have fixed the AC this time (we’ll see after I drive it for a week or two), but then we asked them to also replace the antenna while it was in since it had broken off in the car wash a few weeks ago. We got quoted a high price (420Ish + tax) but said go ahead and do it. Was supposed to have it back today but wherever they order parts from only sent the antenna and not the base. So now we are told we can pick it up or wait til Monday at least. I called and left a message “skip the antenna we’re coming to get it tomorrow I need my vehicle”. Staff has all been polite to me on the phone, but they are way too busy at the service center. We’re wondering if it’s because Autolenders has issues with a lot of the cars they sell. We won’t be buying from them again in the future because of all the hassle. It’s a shame because we really like the truck we got and I enjoy driving the Jeep when it isn’t having issues or sitting at their service center.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here yesterday and I had such an amazing experience. The car was in great shape and Ross was very helpful during the whole process. I never once felt pressured. The prices they advertise online is exactly what you pay.They have a no haggle pricing policy but that doesn’t matter because their vehicles are fairly priced. Mine was about $3-400 under the lowest KBB value.Their financing team was also great and really helpful. I never really leave reviews but I was really satisfied with the overall experience. Buying a car can be stressful but not from a place like this. Thanks again to Ross and the team.

Very please with the ease of purchasing here, as there were not any games or anything during the process (no hidden fees / gimmicks). What you see is what you get. I can specifically say that Colin Campbell was a really nice salesman to complete the purchase though, and I would definitely recommend coming here over a dealer, as the prices were very competitive.

As an out-of-state buyer, I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing a luxury vehicle from Auto Lenders. Last weekend I test-drove the vehicle. Ryan was very relaxed and there was no pressure to buy. After my test-drive, I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Again, no pressure, just a handshake and a follow up call early the next week. Over the course of my transaction, I heard from Ryan, Bryan and even Brad the owner. Communication was great and I definitely got the impression they prioritize their customers over sales numbers.Auto Lenders provided me with what I consider a very fair trade-in number for the vehicle I was currently driving so I decided to take the deal. The F&I portion of the transaction was the quickest I have ever experienced, and I buy a lot of cars. Also, one of the best parts of the transaction was the condition of the car itself. Online pictures can sometimes be deceiving, but the car I purchased was definitely in excellent condition for being 3 years old. This transaction and sales-force were definitely worth the 1-hour drive to NJ. Make sure the vehicle you’re looking for, have the same options and features they mention on their website. I checked 2 cars and they were missing some of the options and features listed on their website. That model doesn’t come with the options they have on their website. Thorough checking should be done before you buy from them. They also say they work with many banks and hassle free. Down payment needed is so high. If your credit score is low instead of buying with high down payment and high interest rate find another dealer.

These guys saved me big time! I had the engine blow on a car that I still owed $5,000 on, so I was in a really bad spot because I needed a car to cart my family around it, and I didnt have the money to pay off my old car. The guys at Auto Lenders worked with a lender to roll an extra $5,000 into a loan for a new car, so I could get a new van for the family and still have the money to pay off the car with the blown engine! There customer service here is phenomenal! They call me every year on my birthday which I think shows the kind of attention to detail they have. Definitely recommend this business!

No haggle great people, bought 2010 dodge charger RT leather sunroof 67000 awesome.****one year later update****AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! My daughter could have lost her life.Told sales person that this vehicle was for my daughter which had to travel to and from college, four hours away, I need dependable transportation for her. He sold me this which had 67000 miles on it. Now it is in the shop having 2000 dollars worth of work done due to poor mechanical condition.Belts were bulging through tires and brake hoses burst while driving making the brakes go to the floor. Within 3 days of purchase we had to bring it in to have it checked by their service department due to shaking over 50 miles an hour and brakes feeling squishy.The service department said everything looks good. 12 months later we took it to a real dealership and found out the truth.

The sales Associate who helped me was great. The issue I have is that a week later my car broke down and the service department gave me the only run around for 2 days for a loaner car. I explained to the the serious need I have for a car and it was like it wasn’t important to them. Not sure if I would recommend a car from them again for the fact that the service department was a bad experience.Update::::I received a call from the corporate manger jay who listened to my complaints and issues I was having. He listened like really listened to me and was very helpful. He took over and got everything done for me. He went even beyond for me. Like I’ve mentioned before I did not have an issue with the dealership or with the salesman they where great and took very good care of me. I would recommend Manny he was awesome and straight forward. I want to thank jay again for all his helpI HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR LESS THEN A YEAR AND MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP MORE THEN ANYTHING. ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK MY CAR ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON AND DRIVE MODE UNAVAIBLE AS WELL. THIS IS THE 3RD OR 4TH TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND TO ME AND ITS VERY SCARY WHEN IT HAPPENS WHILE YOUR ON THE HIGHWAY. I FEEL LIKE I WAS SOLD A LEMON AND I DONT WANT IT.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Auto Lenders. Colin was our sales rep. on both purchases and it was a pleasure dealing with him and also both finance managers. They could not have been more accommodating. I have also used Auto Lenders service dept. and again they have been very honest and above board. What started out being a not so great day having hit a deer on my way to work and totalling my car, wound up being the BEST car buying experience Ive EVER had. Ross Waller couldnt have been a more professional, helpful, kind car salesman than he was that day! He literally (a word used much too often in todays world, but absolutely fits in this instance) ran around, jockeying cars to have available for me to test drive. Id never seen anything like it?! And Chris, in Finance, aces as well. Both gentlemen are credits to their profession! Id HIGHLY recommend Auto Lenders AND Ross Waller if youre looking for a new vehicle! I purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper from AutoLenders and after 6 months of driving it, I am sick of it. I have had 9 separate problems with the car that I’ve had to go back to Autolenders, Mini, and my personal mechanic to service it. For the six months I’ve had this car, I have had it in a mechanic shop for a total of two months. This car should never have this many problems! I cannot wait to get rid of it!
