I called to advise them we were picking up our stuff and closing our account. Ryan was very helpful. He explained the entire process. He even reminded me that he stopped the auto pay. If there were more stars to give, I would. We had to extend our truck rental because the settlement on our house didnt go through. To say the whole thing is a disaster is an understatement. But the employees at Storage Depot were very understanding and accommodating. We also had to rent a storage unit here until we can find a new home. The people who work here deserve a raise, because coming here was the first positive experience in an otherwise horrible circumstance. Thank you especially to Ryan!

Started out with a 10x15 unit 7yrs ago...downsized to a 10x10 a couple yrs back...have never had a single issue in the seven yrs...staff is so polite and helpful...very clean units...we had a temp controlled unit...when we removed everything there were no signs of moisture, odors, nothing...if I need a unit again in the future I will definitely utilize their services!

I regularly rent a U-Haul from here. The team is great - from their professionalism to their superior customer service! I forgot to reserve the van one Saturday and they called me to remind me. Where do you find that kind of pro-active customer service? If you need storage space or need to rent a U-Haul, do yourself a favor and use the services of A Storage Depot - even if another place is closer to your home. I cannot recommend them strongly enough; you will be treated with dignity and see first hand what superior customer service looks like.

The storage areas are very clean. Easy access to all units. The interior areas are well lit and climate controlled. They are monitored and I feel that our units are well protected. The driveways between the buildings are wide enough for you stop to unpack allowing other vehicles to pass by. Great space!

One of the cleanest facilities around. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Units are sturdy unlike other places where we had drywall and the next unit over cracked the wall and was caving into ours. Was never worried about theft or damaged to anything we had stored. Loyal customer for several years. Only stopped using them when we purchased home with a big garage.

Just checked in, the place looks as good as tge rest. Prices are better, customer service was outstanding.

I had a unit here for about 4 or 5 years and it was run exceptionally, clean, safe and any need we had was met by all the staff with courtesy and professionally, especially dealing with Justin he was awesome to deal with and always extremely helpful. I highly reccomend this storage facility and thank you Justin for always being great to deal with.

Attendants were polite and efficient. Signing up was tedious due to Covid 19 and the back and forth transfer of documents through the mail slot.

I have rented at other places and have never been as happy as I am with the level of service here. Justin is always helpful and courteous whenever I have had a question or make my payment. The rates are reasonable and up front and the units and property are clean. It feels like a friendly, family run business.Other reviews talking about the elevator not working must be because they didnt latch it properly and the safety stops it from moving. I know because it happened to me once and Justin showed me what I did wrong and I havent had any issue since. I am here all the time and the elevator is never broken, people just dont read the instructions on the door.

I have rented here on two separate occasions when I needed short term storage and have never had an issue. Pricing is competitive, units and building are clean and in good shape, and staff is always helpful and courteous. Justin and Tracy were both polite and knowledgeable whenever I came to pay and answered any questions I had. Will be renting here again when I need to. A+

I have rented here a couple of times. I have never had a problem with the elevator like some people have complained about. Tracy has always been so kind and helpful to me. I usually get through when I call and if for whatever reason I cant get through, Ill leave a message and my phone call is returned in the same day. I really cant see how this place could get a bad review! There has got to be a mix up. I have only ever dealt with the lady Tracy and she is absolutely wonderful. I will continue to use A Storage Depot in Williamstown if ever needed again. I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Beware The Office Worker Gave Me Two Different Names Joe/Jason. Also He Doesnt Give The Whole Truth About His Rates Over The Phone. He Made Us a Believer. As He Strongly Says Over The Phone I Mean Its Only a Dollar For The First Month! Then I Go There Alone In The Rain. Worker Gives Me a indoor Unit Tour. Elevator Latches Are Weak and Need To Be Replaced. It Was So Embarrassing Watching Worker Struggle To Show Me How It Shuts smh. We Get Back To His Office. Only To Find Out My Month Doesnt Start Until The 1st Day Of Each Month. I Went Feb25th, 2017 So Theres Monthly Prorated Fees That Apply and A $25.00 Processing Fee of Paperwork! I Asked Worker Why Didnt He Explain All This Over The Phone? Worker Decides To Put Me Out The Office. What A Complete Rip Off!

I am a REAL customer who unfortunately had to store my items at this DUMP. Nobody ever answers the phone during business hours nor do they call u back when you leave messages. The elevator lift is always broken and nobody does a thing. Not only that but the place is not climate controlled. I moved some things during the summer and me and my movers sweated like dogs because it was so hot inside. The intercom is always broken. Its just a horribly ran establishnent. Dont and i mean dont store your things here. You will regret it.

Had a unit here in 2013 . After the birth of my son, we went to empty out and move. Elevator didnt work, called and visited the night clerk. He didnt respond, so a good friends father ( licensed repair elevator tech) came and fixed it for free. Then the night guy shows up yelling and saying to get my stuff out before he closes the gate and I would be stuck till the next day because he was unhappy with my tone after I explained my experience to him. I had to call the police... They show up and told me the guy shoulda been happy he got his elevator fixed for free and to just get my stuff and call them if he became a nuisance again. What a horrible experience. Horrible management...
