It would be much better if they would take care of the overgrown poison ivy and weeds. It really makes it difficult to park and loading car. I only go in there for work to pickup delivery materials.

The facility was located in a great spot, the personnel working there were helpful and courteous, and the storage unit was very clean and easily accessible. I was very happy with the service and access.

I had such a wonderful experience at this facility. I came in the other day and was welcome by two employees named dave and jules and they were incredibly helpful and kind towards me. I highly recommend going to cubesmart these two made my experience so much better with their kindness and patience towards someone unaware of how things work like me.

David was very helpful, he took the time to walk me out to show me the units. David was very pleasant and explained everything very well. He was able to help me get a bigger unit when needed. Highly recommend CubeSmart.

Mom has a unit at the Williamstown facility and passed away in 2018. Jules has been amazing helping us while her estate has been getting finalized. She has gone above and beyond to make this difficult process much easier. She treats ppl like family with respect and understanding. The facility is clean and well managed. Thx Jules for all you do for us as customers and a friend. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage building. In the two plus years we have dealt with Cubesmart I don’t have any complaints.

We had the unit here for about 7 years. Rates started out good, but continued to climb. I had to go to another storage facility because the rate was increased to where I couldnt afford it. The people were very nice, and I hated to move my belonging, but cost left me no choice.
