Staff is friendly and very efficient. I was in and out in about an hour to purchase my vehicle. Space is super clean and has a very modern feel. Wanted to order some floor mats for my car and the parts department actually had them in stock! Walked out with a car, new floor mats and the sales gentleman, Tony installed them in a super reasonable amount of time. I dont typically like to spend my time at the dealership but in this case it was a breeze!

Tim Simon was excellent. He is very friendly and I’m leaving the dealership with my dream car thanks to him. They had a great selection. Highly recommend capitol Chrysler Jeep Ram and you must ask for Tim Simon.

Ive been bringing my Jeep here for years to have oil changes done along with other maintenance work. Every one is always very informative, nice, and I get the feeling that theyre NOT trying to pull one over on me because Im a female! Thats hard to find in the automotive industry! My only complaint is, this oil change I waited for 1 1/2hrs for it to be done and I wasnt told the price had increased from 3mons ago! But, this is no reason not to go back! Theyre a great dealer! Thank you guys for taking care of me!!

I had a great experience at Capital. Brian in Sales was a nice person who explained to me in detail each step of the process the entire way through. Thumbs up to the finance department! They found a bank with a significantly lower APR, as long as I bought the warrantee on the car. Monthly payment same, but having bumper to bumper coverage for the next 3/36,000 is a plus. My wifes lease was coming up and weve been looking around.. We considered several CDJR stores in our area. We visited a couple of the dealerships websites. After considering several factors (reviews/reputation, inventory, price). Were glad we chose to take a little further of a drive than planned. James, Stan, and the entire staff were really great. It was a pleasant environment & experience produced by genuinely nice, caring, and professional people. As a former automotive consultant. I can personally say, with the upmost confidence that youll be hard pressed to find another dealership at their level. Well most definitely refer anyone we know to take the 1hr 15min drive like we did.

Checked the Capitol Garage web site for oil express service. Web site indicated that they offer express oil service. Drove down there only to learn they do not have an express oil service. The gentlemen at the service desk said they couldnt perform the oil change and that I needed to make an appointment. Very disappointing needless to say. Is this deceptive or just incompetence?Just saying...

Abysmal would be too high a rating for this business . Test drove a vehicle on a Saturday, put a down payment on it to hold it,, and was told the vehicle could be certified and ready by Monday. Deferred pick up until Wednesday as I work Mondays. At 8 pm Tuesday night got a text from salesman stating I apologize, we cant certify the vehicle. Went to pick up my deposit check on Wednesday ( instead of the vehicle I had anticipated driving home in) and, after being told my check was in the safe and we are getting it by a manager ( after waiting 20 minutes after my salesperson went to retrieve it) it never came. Another manager, Jamie, told me they would not give it to me but, instead would deposit it, let it clear & then write me a check....eventually saying it wouldnt be drafted for 10 business days ( despite the fact they blew the deal by refusing to certify the vehicle, sold me nothing, and provided no service ) AND confirming my check cleared my bank after they had cashed it the day before.Leave $ with these folks, broker a deal with them, and expect to have to fight them tooth & nail for your $ back or what you paid for.Cant even imagine trying to get them to service a vehicle.All I can say is RUN & WARN the others.....buyer be VERY WARY.

Jimmy The Greek (Yilmaz) was very pleasant and easy to work with during the purchase of our new Jeep Gladiator. All the details were done over the phone and the Jeep was ready and waiting for us on pickup day, exactly the way we asked for it. The sales team at Capitol Chrysler Jeep were all very pleasant and we felt good about our purchase of a new Jeep, rather than that terrible feeling we usually leave a dealership (Herb Chambers Millbury MA) with. I would absolutely buy from Capitol again.

I recently bought a car at Capitol and it was easily the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. From the second I arrived, the staff was more than accommodating. They offered me anything and everything, and truly made me feel like a valued and important customer. Nick, who helped me throughout my visit, showed me an excellent test drive route that went through a variety of settings to see how the vehicle performed in each way. He worked with me all afternoon to get me the numbers I felt comfortable with. I couldnt believe it, truly, how dedicated and kind he was through the entire experience. Many of the other sales people checked in on me and congratulated me as I went through with the purchase of my new car. Nick stayed all afternoon, even into the evening, to make sure I could drive it off the lot that day. I bought from out of state so some of the paperwork took more work, and he never hesitated to get it all done for me. He even helped me figure out all the new features that were new to me before I started my drive home. Cant say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

Not impressed. I had a 7:30 am appointment and they were not ready to take my vehicle until 8 am. Didnt apologize or attempt to do anything for wasting my time. Otherwise actual vehicle service was adequate

What a great experience! I have been wanting a Wrangler since I was 9 years old! I finally pulled the trigger when I found the perfect one and couldnt be happier! Possibly one of the worst communication experiences Ive dealt with a dealership. Have had an ongoing issue with my vehicle for months now and still dealing with the back and forth leaving me carless until the issue is fixed. No help in lending a rental of any sort. Making my daily schedule increasingly difficult merely for work commute. Getting in touch of my salesman proves to be almost impossible, coincidentally now that the car is mine. Leaving a very poor color of how business is done here. When finally in touch with a person there, it feels like nothing but empty promises and telling me what I want to hear just to get off the call. Its incredible how poorly this is all being handled especially seeing how raving reviews are for this place. As stands, I would not recommend business with this place with any of my peers unless in search for headache and frustration.

I recently was looking to get out of my car and into a lease. I had shopped around at a few places before I went to capitol. I wish I would have just went there first because they were all very welcoming and helpful. Jimmy was my salesman and he was amazing! He was super informative and got me the exact car and color I wanted even though they didn’t have it on the lot. He was very funny and pleasant to work with and made the whole process go by so quick. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new car.

In May 2021, we purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Capitol. To say the experience was wonderful is an understatement! The sale team is courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. There is no pressure or pushy tactics whatsoever. Everyone from the front of the dealership through the back office staff was excellent to work with.As if this experience weren’t enough, it gets better! Nearly two months after we took delivery of the vehicle, the manager called to let us know he had ordered NÉW tires for our vehicle that he would like to replace. (the tires arrived after we took delivery).We were pleasantly overwhelmed by his kindness as we had no idea! He picked up our vehicle, dropped off a loaner, changed out the tires for the new ones, and returned the vehicle in under 24 hours at no cost.We will most certainly purchase vehicles from them and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car!Kudos to Capitol for treating customers with respect and fairness!

We are full time travelers and needed an oil change on our Ram 1500. The service department fit us in on a Saturday. They were so friendly and personable. The service was prompt and the price was reasonable.

We have worked with Capitol Chrysler Dodge for several years now. With monthly oil changes and check-ups on my Husbands truck (he drives A LOT), we spend a fair amount of time there. Mike Breen has become like a family member to us, as well as the staff there. They truly work as a team and the respect and combined experience of the staff truly make for a pleasurable, as well as confident, experience. Whatever your financial situation is, they will do their best to work with you to provide you a vehicle that suits you, your needs and works with your budget. The after-care is amazing. Even if your not in the market for a new vehicle and are just going for maintenance, the staff welcomes you, remembers you and offers conversation and hospitality.

Ended up buying a new pickup tried to get them to honor the online price really wanted the truck and ended up paying $1,000 over the online sale price. Was surprised I did not get the new truck orientation that I was supposed to, they seem very pushy on charging the extra cap insurance and extra warranty. Had to go back the next day to fix the paperwork and get the car registered and return the dealer plate, which I had to go back a third day, to fix the paperwork again. Reminded me of car sales from the 80s. They offered to make it up to me by programming a few extra keys I got but then proceeded to want to charge me $80 an hour to do that as well so not much else I can do I guess, hopefully they can fix the problems in the future. Theyve taught me to be a much wiser consumer.

Gary in the service dept. is super friendly and accommodating. Everytime I get my routine Jeep maintenance done, hes the guy that gets it done without a hassle. Always offering beverages and snacks.

My girlfriend and I were caught between a rock and hard place when the COVID pandemic forced us out of our Chicago apartment, and sent us back to live with my girlfriends family in rural Connecticut. As part of thistransition, we were looking to upgrade our vehicle as we have also just adopted a puppy and needed some more vehicle space for all of our travels. When we went to Gates car lot, a staff-member met us with a smile and was extremely respectful of the COVID regulations of social distancing and face coverings. We expressed that we were looking to upgrade our Hyundai Elentra for something a bit larger, and they set us up with a couple Jeeps (new and pre-owned), a KiaTelluride, and a Nissan Armada to test drive SAME DAY. This car dealership was unlike any Ive been to before - the staff were super friendly and werent the least bit pushy to make a sale. Everything was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the start of our car-buying experience. When all was said and done, we ended up purchasing a gorgeous pre-owned 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Denny (with Nicks assistance), and couldnt be happier with the new addition to our family. We requested a couple of upgrades (roof rack, all-terrain tires and blacked out wheels) to perfect our Jeep and they didnt hesitate to turn around our requests within a few days.Since purchasing our Jeep, we have traveled on several road/camping trips across the country (Chicago, IL Ocean City, DE, Cape Cod, MA, Round Top, NY) and plan on taking this Jeep completely cross countrythis summer. Our Jeep has has absolutely ZERO issues since driving off the lot, and we are absolutely in love with our new adventure-mobile. Honest people, who helped me more than they had to. I had thought my warranty period was over, and my repair bill would have been outrageous. They looked into it without me inquiring about it, and everything was fully covered. They even gave me the exact date it expires, and info about what I can do to extend it without trying to sell me on it. Just straight forward, unbiased information. They brought me into the repair shop to show me exactly what went wrong with my vehicle, something a well versed car mechanic was very appreciative of. I bought a newer car so I didn’t have to turn a wrench anymore, and they are the first garage in 20 years that made me confident I chose the right place.

Best place to get a vehicle. I walked in and got helped right away. They did everything they could to find me the vehicle I wanted and got me approved the same day. Signing paperwork was so easy. I called Jamie and I called him back but he was busy and I was still upset so somebody call me back from the service department and explain everything to me and how it works. Now I understand and feel much better about my situation. Still stinks that I don’t have my car after 8 days but least it will be fixed when I get it back. Thanks service department for explaining it much better on the situation.

Lesson learned have everything in writing. Worst purchasing experience ever, started early Feb with vehicle that was in transit and due to arrive with 2 weeks according to Sales Manager Al. ended up purchasing a different one after a months wait. Requested additional equipment and was informed that it would be ready when picked up. Nothing done. Waited 2 weeks for sidesteps and finally after 2 months and multiple emails and text to Eric the salesman, I spoke to Al the sales manager regarding the remote start and was informed that it had not arrived yet, and also told that something that was agreed on at no cost to me, that I was responsible for the cost of add-on. By this point I had enough and contacted the General Manager and was informed that addition equipment would be taken care of. Coincidentally 1 hour later I received a call from Al that the remote had arrived.

And yes, you guessed it - I totaled my 5-month-old Forester. As fate would have it, that wasnt the car for me. (Also, I swear Im not a bad driver - there were multiple accidents in the same location after my accidents because the roads were bad!)So, there I was back at square one with hope fading in the distance like a long lost love. Who knew it was a better deal than the Forester I got half a year ago?! Disappointed an oil change was not done on my used truck purchase. There was no oil change sticker on the windshield and salesman could not give me a straight answer as to whether or not an oil change was done.. According to oil life gauge the oil had over 7K miles.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment, the service was done in an expert manner, and they honored a coupon I had. I have been going to Capitol Garage for 33 years.... they are excellent.

Michelle is amazing! I bought my first vehicle from her 2 years ago, and just bought my grand Cherokee a few days ago from her! She is very knowledgeable and won’t steer you in the wrong direction! I gave her my budget and she doesn’t try to push you past your limits, unlike a lot of car salesmen, you are in control with her. The dealership was very clean, and everyone was very personable.

I had a very disappointing experience with capital garage. I purchased a certified Jeep Cherokee with only 4000 miles. First, they only provided one key to me where I am supposed to receive two sets of keys. It is now six weeks since I purchased the car, and I still have not received the second key. Second, the car was certified and I requested to have paperwork confirming the certification and the details of what The warranty provides. Again, six weeks later, I’m still waiting for that paperwork. Third, I received the car and the wheels were out of balance, and I was told the car needed its first oil change by another local dealer. These are things that should’ve been covered as part of the certification from the dealership that I purchased the car. After going back-and-forth with the dealer, they refused to cover these costs. While I feel I got a good deal on the price of my car, the service and communication from capital garage has been very poor. I will not do business with them again and I hope other customers do not have the same experience.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with customer service and overall professionalism of this dealership Emily and Juan were a joy to work with, and may be the best I’ve worked with at any dealership. The pricing was exactly where it needed to be, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

But I am not pleased with capital, I purchased a 2017 journey on 5/21/21 I picked up the vehicle on 5/25/21 by 7/5/21 the check engine light came on and the car began to sputter, when the car is turned on and while driving it gets worse. Im hoping they will take care of the issue with no added BS.

They truly take care of you from your booking until days after you have your vehicle home ie. checking up on you etc.. Mine was just a check up/oil change/tire rotation but Robert and the crew made me feel like it was more than that. I appreciate good service and as a professional in another realm - service and how you treat people is what really matters in the end. Thank you!
