I absolutely love this place! They are honest and trustworthy. This is my second time using them they are quick with diagnosing and always are able to fix the issue the same day. I am beyond satisfied with the work done as well as the kind and friendly face at the front desk.

Family owned and operatedIve been a faithful customer for 2 years now. I have NEVER been disappointed with any thing. They are small, but caring. I love it because they know me by name and do all they can to keep my family and I safe. Therefore, they are ALWAYS honest with me and keep my vehicles running.I live 30 minutes away. I work an hour away. Ive had my older vehicles purposefully towed to them because I TRUST them. They help me as much as possible to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. As long as I am able, they will be my mechanics in CT.

I want to say how much I appreciate the service I received at Showroom Auto Center in Windham. After I moved to the area, I heard a good recommendation and brought my last car there for service many times. Ive not always been pleased elsewhere, but I always felt that they provided good workmanship at a fair price. I now have a newer car and have had a slow leak in one of my tires. I couldnt get an appointment at the dealer within a week. I called Showroom Auto and they saw me the same day and didnt want to charge me. I couldnt believe how quickly I was accommodated and without any intention of charge. Of course I would never expect any of this and Im very grateful. I realize its a bit tricky to get in there with all the construction on the road in front. But if you are considering any work on your car, I cant recommend Showroom Auto highly enough. I trust them completely!

Great experience at Showroom Auto Center. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they happily took my car in with a smile. Great customer service, I had friendly conversations with everyone that was working. Went just for an oil change but they checked everything else to make sure it’s all good and didn’t come back saying I had all these issues. You can just tell they aren’t there to take advantage of their customers, they actually care. Will definitely be back!

The owner Bruce is a rarity. His philosophy is that he repairs every car as if his daughter was going to drive it. I had some collision repairs done and you could never tell. Because hes good hes also very busy but dont let that stop you.

Bruce and his crew are a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place for anything and everything for your vehicle.

Incredibly friendly mechanics!I called in a random day to see if I can can get my engine light checked and to my surprise they we readily available. I went to the auto center that day, and got it checked. The mechanics told me that the error code received was showing a possible gas cap leak. They gave me there honest opinion being that it wasnt a serious problem but that if I wanted I can go ahead and pay about $80 to get the tests done. I asked again to confirm the seriousness of the situation and they confirmed that it wasnt serious at all.Its been several months since and the car runs the same since I first got it.

I called the night before about a car problem. They fit me into their schedule and I dropped it off 9 AM the next day (Friday). They estimated that it would be ready by Monday. They ended up finishing working on my car at 4PM the same day. I was very impressed! They were also prompt and courteous about calling me before they started any work. Customer service at its best!

Ive taken my car here regularly for years. Honest guys who look after their customers.

Got there AT 8am. The doors unlocked at 805. Emissions technician showed up non chalantly at 830. The service clerk didnt even aknowledge me while I waited. The service tech didnt even give a good morning just a is that your car? Can you move it over there? And headed to the back.I put my stuff back in the car and headed to T&B instead.
