Sabrina was very nice and very friendly. She helped me quickly and efficiently. She helped carry the box spring outside and offered twine, etc to help tie it down. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Stopped by to check out the adjustable bases for our mattress. Joshua, our salesman, was very helpful and answered all my questions and was able to price match the online Black Friday price since apparently it wasn’t an option in store for some reason. The delivery date is this coming Monday which is really fast and I definitely appreciated the speed that we were able to facilitate delivery. Overall, unless there are issues with the delivery and set up on Monday, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely come back to this location for future mattress needs.

Very professional and sincere customer service. I went initially to help a friend of mine buy a mattress. The Mattress Firm employee Drew Basinet helped my friend choose the mattress to suit his needs. He took in account of his specific sleeping style with his selection as well as my friends preference when it came to how firm the mattress should be. Impressed me so much it made me want to buy one of their high quality pillows. He then proceeded through the same process with my selection as well and Ive been sleeping great since. Ill be sure to be a returning customer and recommend this company to my friends!

We went out today with just the idea to walk the mall and window shop. We walked into the Mattress Firm store just to browse. But I fell in love with a mattress that was way out of my price range. Not only did I get an amazing deal, the customer service was better than I couldve imagined. Within the matter of an hour or so, I was out the door with more than I expected and at prices that couldnt be matched online. The crew came the following day to remove my old bed, and completely assembled my new bed. Ive never slept so well since my spinal surgeries. I really think this will help me in my healing. My fiance and I went into mattress firm looking for a new mattress, we thought we knew what we wanted but until our Sales Lady, Lynn greeted us and asked how she could help, we learned a lot more than what we thought we knew! She had so much knowledge and wasnt pushy at all! We ended up buying a mattress, mattress cover and 2 pillows. She was patient and didnt push. She had us lay on a few different mattresses and gave us tips on what would be best for us to try. I didnt know there was so much that you could learn! Bill was amazing . Good guy. But we rechecked the wrong base and a broken base to start, that was fixed, but then after a few weeks of sleeping the mattress just wasnt what we expected . Went to the store and again bill took care of us . Great job there, but then the new mattress came and after I got back I went and looked at it and wife didnt notice but seams where not sown . This was a beauty rest $1600 mattress come on . called and yes they are taking care of it but at this point $3100 out and 4 appointments / 10 plus hours of our time and Im feeling less than excited about my future with this mattress . Especially since it seems mattress firm is discontinuing every mattress they sell . Wont buy from the company again . Would buy from Bill .

We like the bed we got very much, but the deliver service was an absolute horror show. Then when we contacted Customer Service we were basically ignored and hung up on. I asked for the manager to call me back....still waiting! Not worth the hassle or time! Purchase your bedding else where!

The store manager was friendly and interested in my needs. He was not pushy. He gave me the best deal he could. Delivery happened as promised the next day! I am very happy with my experience.

Had to replace my very expensive Beautyrest Legend mattress due to a bulging spot. I called the company and it cost me $39.95 to have an inspection. One week later I called back to find out I initially was rejected but upon another look it was approved. So, I went to the store to replace my mattress. I foolishly thought a swap would be no problem. I had full refund price for the mattress only. Problem is the price was higher and in order to get the mattress I wanted it would cost me a lot more. I settled for my second choice. I must say my sales woman was very informative and pleasant. She understood my frustration. Delivery was on time and the delivery men covered their shoes and put down carpet on my steps.

I am extremely disappointed with this company at the moment. We expected delivery today Nov. 28th of our new bed base and got all ready which took a while even putting our old box spring outside for them to take. They were supposed to call last night with a window of 2 hours for delivery but we never got a call so finally at 10:30am (delivery time was set for between 8-4) we called and were told that the truck broke down so the earliest they can re-schedule is for Dec 7th. Really? Over a week from the originally scheduled date? Why? Are there no other trucks? Was anybody going to let us know if we hadnt made the call ourselves? Terrible customer service to say the least. Never again.
