Not open though the hours are clearly posted. No note saying why. Nothing.

My boyfriend and I went in today to get our own plan and some new phones. We were skeptical since our last metro experience wasnt that great, but we were hopeful going to a different location. We were helped by Sam and she was great! She was super friendly, funny and knowledgeable about her job, she made the experience easy. Even with having a small issue she was able to get us set up with everything we needed and more. Thanks Sam, keep up the great customer service its truly appreciated!!

Shout out to Freddie the owner, just stayed open late to sell me a phone after my fiance dropped his and it shattered. I called 2 minutes before closing and told him what happened, he said come on down hed wait for us! Thats five star service from a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. Thanks Freddie youre a life saver!

I like this METRO. Very friendly & extremely helpful. Its very rare to go into any store especially a cell phone store where they dont have an attitude, not snappy & irritated with u before u walk in but this place is the exception! I highly recommend this METROPCS store if youre in the Willimantic area! 💯💯💯
