First time in this fairly new store. First, the staff person at the register was friendly and helpful. However, wow, this store is not managed well! Product in multiple isles, one isle blocked, the delivery area piled high with boxes. Heaven forbid there was ever a fire - no way to get out through there. Probably had not been swept in months. Loose shelving in one isle - a child could get hurt.

Very disappointed to see the frozen food section still empty after 2months already. And they never restock air freshener.

My son bought me a new phone accessory but it was the wrong style. I brought it back for a refund and they took care of it with no problem. Very good customer service.

Found what I needed and was decently priced

Store is supposed to be open till 10 and I get here at 9:50 and they are closed horrible customer service makes no sense why say you’ll be open to a time and then close early!

Bathroom closed even for customers, but I found was looking for.

Great shopping experience. The best meats around. And the best grinders worth every dime.

The selection is way better than the other one. I can get my curly girl friendly products here! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the check out. Its a big problem.

If you need cheap stuff this is the place

The customer service at this store is scary bad. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and rude way as a paying customer. Very disappointing experience. 🙁

Saturday, December 7th - The store it self was ok but the cashier was racist and extremely rude! She was talking about how she cant stand white people in Spanish not knowing I understood her. She was having a full on conversation (yelling over us, basically in our faces to a woman standing by the aisles) and we were clearly interupting her rants. The other woman was just hanging out, talking to the cashier like it was girls night... I didnt know family dollar supported such horrible work ethic but then again it doesnt take an educated person to run a register... She obviously doesnt understand that the customers are why she even has a job. And family dollar doesnt get that they just lost another couple of customers. If I could have left NO stars, I would have. ✌ #shopAmazon

The one line was way too long and cashier happened to be very sweet. Id rather be in Dollar Tree for the same items only a DOLLAR!
