This retro gaming store is amazing. There is a wide variety of consoles, games, and accessories for all sorts of systems here. It is well organized with a nice inviting atmosphere, along with a resident cat that will come and greet you upon entering. Game shops like this are what need to be kept open to help combat the overbearing and unfair shops like GameStop. They offer fair prices for both buying and selling of items so you can leave here knowing that you got a good deal instead of regretting your choice or wondering if you got the best deal. Help keep small businesses like this open and running by stopping by to check it out and recommend it to your friends or family.
Sad to see this store close because I had a great experience on my first and only visit a few months ago. I bought 3 Xbox 360 games all in great condition and for an amazing price. Ill make sure to support more small businesses like these in the future.
This place was great and all the workers were talking with me made me feel super welcomed and comfortable while browsing, eccentric people most definitely but in the best way possible! Great selection and great people :) look forward to going back soon!
Are you looking for some vintage video game consoles or those classic video games that are so hard to find but you know where to go now. Now it is going out of business
Definitely check this place out. Dont bother going to GameStop 👍
Sign said closed til January second. Went on January second and the place was closed. Waste of a trip
Top notch ppl, nice retro store, hitting on all the classics! I just want to say that these ppl helped my 12 year old out in a huge way! She needed a computer for school now that they are working from home. My wife and I are broke due to not working at the moment, we are hitting food bank after food bank just to keep food on the table. I was looking thru craigslist for pc parts or cheap pcs and came accross this post looking for ppl to donate pc parts or sell them for little cost, So I took a chance and Emailed them explained my situation and asked if they had any spare parts. Well the next day I got a call saying ya they had some spare parts and I should head to the shop. I was expecting an old desktop pc refurb and my daughter and I were shocked and floored when he handed her a Macbook it dont have a scratch on it and runs flawless! I will say he could have given us one of the many 10+ year old desktops instead of the much higher value Macbook but they didnt again good quality ppl supporting the community in any way they can Thanks Again Guys!
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the owner of this business sold a non-working Xbox to local man that was purchasing the system for his children. Upon discovering that the Xbox did not work, the man requested it be repaired or refunded. She ignored his requests and blocked him. He posted in a local Facebook group for assistance, and rather than respond to him about his issue; she verbally accosted other members of the community. This business is overpriced in general, but the lack of responsibility and professionalism shown by the owner will ensure that I never go there with my family again.
Great little hole in the wall store. Love coming here and finding hidden little gems from my childhood past. Pretty decent selection of rather rare items and nice collectors systems and games as well.
This place is awesome they got all the old school games and game systems.. plus they have the old school arcade games you can play and they also got newer arcade games .. great place 2 bring kids 2 buy there games and also you can play arcade games against your kids and have a blast. .way better them game stop ..
Reasonably priced. Lots of movies and games to choose from from retro to the newest thing. You can even bring things into sell to the owner or you can trade it in for store credit. Can you always get this card stamped each time you go there and buy something and on your 6 or 8 purchase you get half off or something like that. And theres always a cat there to greet you
More a place for collectors and avid gamers. Proceed could be better but I really enjoy the arcade they have next door. Its a good place
Theyve got a big selection from all of the major systems, from retro to modern. Amazing deals on PS stuff specifically. Nice and knowledgeable staff and good atmisphere.

The kids love this place. You can go there and spend no money and have fun.
Really cool shop with a bunch of retro games.
I felt a wave of nostalgia when walking through the small shop with their fantastic stock of vintage items. I had come here to purchase a Gameboy Advance, and the service was quick and smooth. The Gameboy I chose had numerous scratches the screen, (they hold used items, to those who arent aware of the nature of shops like this) and it was a special NYC edition with a $50 price tag, while the other average Gameboys they had in good condition were $30-ish. I found it acceptable to take it anyways, although they did kindly offer to replace the screen free of charge with my purchase, which I found to be a welcome option for those who prefer a clean screen.Overall, I would recommend that The Bottomless Pit of Treasures is definitely worth a look if you are searching for older games, but good luck finding a parking spot that is close by, as there is next to nothing around the shop.
Good mom and pop style local game shop
