If your going to run a promotion on curved computer monitors should you have some on computers rather than video feeds? I would have liked to see what a split screen would have looked like. Decided not to make a purchase. I asked an associate where they had them displayed and I got I think they are back there I like best buy but really expected more from them.

Ive always had good customer service from Best Buy, but I have especially appreciated their curbside pickup during the pandemic. Its easy, seamless and they bring it right out to your vehicle. You can shop online and just click the link in the email they send you when you arrive. Everything is very clear and easy to navigate.Be sure to have your ID and the code from the email ready to show them (this ensures a secure transaction and no chance of someone else getting your order).

I have been there several times, one of which, a younger associate went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service when buying a tablet. Also have used their buy online, pick up in store service, which was very user friendly. After receiving my text alert for pick up, I was in and out of the store within minutes-Very convenient time management tool.

Lately the store has been fairly bare. I assume due to the chip shortage but considering how bare it is you might as well shop on line. You’re going to have to wait for what you want either way.The store was recently redesigned and seems to be very mobile focused instead of having a large electronics selection it is mainly a multi-carrier mobile phone store.

Needed a cordless phone for a relative (hers was actually over 20 years old and using original batteries). Couldnt get it for almost a week from Amazon - its rural VT. They had exactly what she needed but the best part is the associate was very helpful in understanding her needs and guiding her through the selection process.

At some point in last last year or so Best Buy switched to having an in store queue/list of names that employees go through to provide help in any department throughout the store. They dont make it apparent when you walk in the door that theres a wait list. This is a major short coming on their part and a major annoyance when youve been standing at the mobile/cell counter for 20min before someone then asks if youre on the list... Especially when the list has a 30min wait... beyond that, its Best Buy. Theyve come a long way over the years, but you should still have knowledge of what you want before you walk in the door.

Staff was incredibly helpful and easy to find in every nook of the large store. Lots of different electronics from Apple products to Nintendo video games to TVs and other appliances. Staff isn’t pushy and will guide you to the right product for you. I never felt uncomfortable asking any questions and it was easier to get a good sense of products in person rather than online. Store was very clean and easy to navigate. Additionally, they have a decent selection of discounted display models if you are looking for some electronics on a budget!

Piotr devoted a-lot of his time to help my wife and I find a new Laptop and Camera for her photography. We greatly appreciate his help and kindness even though it took us awhile to decide on products. He was very patient, knowledgeable and personable, we will make sure to ask for him if we need assistance in the future. We will 110% recommend all our friends and family to come to the store and work with him if they should need help.

I came in needing a charger for my computer. The employee at the entrance was helpful in pointing me to the correct location and finding a few chargers that might work. He suggested I check out at customer service to ensure I had the correct charger. When I got to customer service, they made sure it fit the computer but refused to plug it in to ensure it charged. Got home, plugged in the charger- it did not work. Will be returning. Very satisfied with the employee at entrance, very dissatisfied with service at the counter.

Had a 3 month old Samsung fridge that was bought at Best Buy online go bad. It was delivered by the williston store. Samsung offered to replace the unit with a Best Buy store credit. We went in to the williston store to get a new fridge delivered and it couldnt have been easier. I am totally impressed with Best Buy customer service!

I went in and bought a TV got it home didnt notice any damage on the box, I plugged it in and it looked like somebodys voice microphone was hanging too low on the screen there was lines on it so I called them right up reported it left it plugged in for a week to watch it till they got another one in stock walked in and they swapped it out in about 10 minutes they didnt even give me a hassle now thats the kind of business I like, and we could only find a little teeny teeny half inch dent in the box

Stood in the TV department for an hour trying to browse and buy a TV. At first, no associates offered help to us. At one point there were 4 associates around, but they all left by the time we were really looking for assistance, eventually leaving us with the wet sock named Peter. Peter couldnt help us to get the TV we wanted, so tried to sell us a different one. It was okay. We wouldve bought it. But Peter couldnt help us with that TV either. Peter could only engage other customers while ignoring us in front of him. He helped someone with a Roku, and someone else with their TV. How about you help us with our TV, Peter, and have someone paged over?Will buy a TV online.

Customer service was the worst! Printer won’t work and the geek squad said they couldn’t do anything because we didn’t buy the extra protection. Said I would not be shopping there again. The girl on the other end said “no loss”. Yes I may have been grumpy but good customer service would’ve remained quite and not engaged. From now on staples has my business!

It is hit or miss here. You have to beg for help about 75% of the time. They seem very short staffed. Best buy has great prices, a clean organized store and good selection but they really need to work on helping customers sooner. I will say though once helped, their employees are great!

Leave it to Best Buy. My wife and I bought a radio for my sons car and because we paid over a certain amount for the radio install was free. We thought great. One less thing we have to do. We paid for everything upfront and we were told the radio would be shipped to our house because it would be quicker and to bring it with us on our install date. Well, today was my install date. I showed up with the radio and was asked if I had the harness and other items. I said no, and told the installer that I was only shipped the radio and was told to just bring that. I said I assumed the other items were sent here. I showed my receipt and was told to go to customer service. After reaching customer service my mind was blown!! For some reason the items I assumed were going to be shipped to the store and marked for install on my order were canceled and the money refunded, that morning!!! Why were they canceled? They were canceled because I didnt pick them up. I was told items that arent picked up are canceled and the money refunded. I told the woman (who cancelled my order and who was not very friendly or helpful) that I just purchased these on the 19th and my install date is today! I said why would you cancel my order before or on my install date without any warning?! She basically blamed their system and poor communication. She then asked me if I could pay for these items again. I was completely dumbfounded at this point. I said you want me to pay for items a second time when I havent even been fully refunded? She said thats all she can do and shes sorry. At this point I let her know what I thought of the situation. After dealing with her incompetence, I proceeded back to the install department were I let the installer know the situation. He was very helpful and understanding and also mentioned their system is not great at communicating with their department. He rescheduled me to two days later and gave me a discount on the items that were canceled. I let him know how much I appreciated his help. Without him I wouldnt have gotten anywhere. I am at a loss for words right now (obviously it doesnt seem that way). How can a company the size of Best Buy not have a system in place of knowing which items are for install and getting these to that department. How can items be canceled that are scheduled for an install and not throw out a warning?! Its just crazy!! Needless to say, after this Ill stick to doing my own installs, free or not. Thanks for nothing Best Buy!

Excellent service! Zach was a huge help when picking out a TV and blue ray player. Matt at the geek squad was very helpful when I picked up my daughters laptop. The geek squad folks did a great job of saving as much data as they could which was so important to my daughter as all her animation work was on the lap top. Matt suggested we use and external hard drive to back things up moving forward which is an excellent idea! Thanks to all for making this trip easy!

Efficient and friendly associates. Upon walking in door, immediately was greeted and offered assistance, and then contacted someone to assist with an online order.Both orders were ready for pickup, and were checked out quickly. Again, another helpful and friendly person.Best Buy has always been my go to place for electronics, whether it be an online purchase either shipped or picked up, or just to browse.Shipping is also very effective in receiving items very quickly.

I highly recommend this store I went in and purchased the the stuff I needed one was a delivery went great super fast freindly and I’m store everyone is so nice and helpful and honest Atleast to the best of there knowledge and this is personal but I had a problem with a tv and it was past the date for return but due to certain circumstances and something I got told they let me return it and they could of told me owe well too bad but they didn’t and honestly any electronic I’m looking at buying in the future and I highly recommend it the staff goes above and beyond and you may walk around for a bit before someone asks do you need help but that’s because there helping other people or busy if you ask they will get someone but just amazing store honestly

I have always had excellent service here. I’ve been to this store countless times with friends or family and I have never had anything even close to a bad experience. The staff are always kind and helpful and they have more products than most other electronic stores in that area. Best Buy Williston is a warehouse compared to Small Dog in Burlington. I can’t think of a better place to go when looking for electronics. I hope my experience is as great as yours!

I was looking to have a remote lock/unlock installed on my base jeep gladiator. After looking online and seeing the feedback that “car stereo shops or best buy should be able to do it”, I called locally to see what shops could do this job. They all said they could not. Because of that, I tried to call best buy.I say try because I had to call 3 times to get through after dealing with a robot for 15 minutes then being on hold for over an hour each time. Each time, the rep that finally answers confirmed that they could do the job after putting me on hold and checking with their supervisor, but then I was disconnected before it could be scheduled, and the rep never reached back out to me. After FINALLY connecting with a rep the third time (you could not just call geek squad directly or go in due to covid) I was able to set the appointment and was asked to send them the link to the kit I had ordered, upon which they confirmed for the THIRD time that they could do this job. They booked me for their soonest appt which was a month out.I came in for the appt after taking off work to meet them, only to be told by the tech that “i am not comfortable doing this, I just started 2.5 months ago”. While I can respect that, and must be fair in saying that the techs were friendly, professional and fair, I was very upset that It was so hard just to set the darn appointment, and that they made me wait a month just to be told in 5 minutes when I got there that they would not do it. If you have a simple job, don’t mind waiting a month or being on hold for an hour just to set an appt, then geek squad would probably work fine for you. That said, I know plenty of local car stereo shops that could do anything geek squad can and for cheaper too, as well as with a less frustrating scheduling experience.The one star comes from the experience I had setting the appointment and the false expectation I was given after being confirmed THREE TIMES in addition to literally giving them the instructions. The employees I spoke to in person were nothing but helpful, but at the end of the day I am out multiple hours of my life, and ended up doing the install myself in my garage because I was not willing to wait another month or go through the hassle of calling best buy back to make it happen.The other lesson here is to not buy the base jeep wrangler/gladiator unless you can live without remote locks. I could, but my wife and daughter could not.

Upsells expensive products to unsuspecting people. They sold a family member a 56 dollar HDMI cable...They didnt even ask them what they needed it for. A basic cable would have been fine. This place takes advantage of people who know little to nothing about electronics. 1 star for the poor business practices.

Mike at with the phone service was wonderful, he was super helpful. It was the rest of the store that was the issue. Out of stock for many products, the phones I wanted were out of stock and none of the other employees were helpful to me or to the guys at the phone area when they were asking for inventory for items, both phone service guys were great 5/5 stars for them, rest of the store not so much unfortunately.

Leave it to the younger employees!This is a busy place, especially on black Friday, which was my first experience ever shopping on that day. Waiting around for help, i noticed an older employee wandering the computer section. Every time I tried to approach, he walked the opposing direction, as if he was intentionally trying to avoid me. I went straight to customer service because I knew what I wanted. They seemed a little annoyed that I approached them, but were quick to get help.A young man, i believed named Randy, set down some batteries and jumped right into the product, which wasnt even his zone. I told him what I wanted, he went to find it and grabbed assistance to locate it quickly. He was extremely polite, answered my single question, and made sure I got in and out quickly. The other young gentleman rang me out, explained the warranty, and shook my hand.That is service, that is professionalism. These two guys deserve a holiday bonus! I was about ready to just buy it on Amazon and never return to Best Buy, but they saved the store from losing a customer.

Great Customer ServiceWe were searching for a refrigerator, as our 15 year old Kenmore side by side had died. Although we have a chest freezer, as well as 2 small mini fridges at home, we were hoping to get a replacement sooner rather than later.We had checked out our local Home Depot, and found that they were there to assist us, but were not very knowledgeable about each product in their store, basically told us that brands were a personal preference.Bottom line, the fridge had to be ordered, and we were looking at a couple of weeks to get one.Lowes had several options, and according to their website, had a few in stock, however, we couldnt even locate a sales person to assist us and walked out.When we arrived at Best Buy, we were immediately greeted at the front door, and asked if we needed assistance. We told them what we were looking for, and the associate promptly radioed the appliance department. When we reached the department, Devin Fournier was there to greet and assist us. He worked very hard, showing us the pros and cons of each fridge, asking us questions, and helped us narrow down the units that would fit our needs. He also discussed the area where the unit was to be installed. We had forgotten to measure the height, and decided to drive home, armed with the specs of 6 different models, so we could determine what model would best fit our needs. Devin also checked into the delivery time frame as he knew we needed one soon, and told us that if we were able to decide that day, which was Friday, he may be able to get it delivered to our home the following Tuesday.We were so happy to have such a knowledgeable salesperson guide us, that we decided to return to the store that day, and not only purchased our new fridge, but also a new gas range and over the range microwave to match. Devin was able to save us a substantial amount of money by finding discounts and sales incentives...even allowing a military discount for us. We will be getting our new fridge on Tuesday.What a pleasant experience!Anyone in search of new appliances should definitely check out Best Buy, Williston. Ask for Devin Fournier. You will not be disappointed!Very pleased with our purchase!
