Really nice place pretty good deals helpful and informative staff. I would recommend anybody to go check them out. They even have a leasing program for anything that they have for sale. I am going to even at lease some tools and equipment from them.

Stoped in to take a look at what they had in tools very easy going Atmosphere associates in the store we’re not pushy at all were able to direct me to what I’m looking for I need any help. Really appreciated the experience I received. Can I stay in a pushy sales person will be back or our appliances once our remodel is done.

We went in to look at all new appliances and had an awesome experience. Jen was awesome and got us all taken care of in no time. Got us set up with with their service guy Randall to come check out the fridge and he not only got it back up and running like new he also got our stove converted so I was back up and baking in no time. He was amazing!!! Definitely telling everyone to go there for anything!

I bought a washer and dryer. Sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to go through all options with me. Even though I didn’t take the extra maintenance contract she explained it all and offered them to me. Will definitely recommend the Williston Hometown Sears store and will shop there again.

We went in to shop for a washer, dryer, & new fridge for our house. From the moment we walked in to the time we left about 30 minutes later we were not acknowledged. Not even a “hello” when we walked in the door. The lady sitting at the desk wouldn’t even look up from her phone. We were prepared to make a purchase that day, but immediately became very uninterested in doing so from the lack of customer service.

We just had some boxsprings delivered to our apartment, the 2 gentleman were so kind and quick. So glad they now offer home delivery. Our experience in the store was amazing and We will be back to shop with them again very soon, to furnish the rest of our apartment.

10/10 best customer in town. Cant wait to shop again. Calling all my friends to tell them this is the place to shop at. The new owner is awesome.

Tried customer service on the phone and a gentleman named “Joseph” wasn’t very helpful and actually quite rude. People should learn customer service before handling phones.

Friendly staff until you ask them to do a Craftsman tool exchange under the lifetime warranty.The gal I talked to was nice and polite enough, but I could tell that she did not want to place the order for the replacement (They did not have my size of socket in stock) so she every now and then asked me if I wouldnt just pick one of the sockets off the shelf and call it good? Um, no, I need this size of socket and you dont have one, so order it...Anyway, she finally ordered it and did NOT call me when it came in like she said she would, so when I called a week later they were just about to send it back because it hadnt been claimed. Different girl from the first one, but Im sure glad I checked on it!

Its nothing exciting this store has your basic stuff nothing you wouldnt see at any other sears maybe a little less to be honest its bee a little while since Ive actually been in here but the staff wasent to knowledgeable of what they had on hand always had to look stuff up so wasent a horrible experience but at the same time not a awesome one either Id proably go in there to shop again but be mindful of what your looking for before you enter cause they may not know what you need!

I cancelled an appliance order that they could not deliver, called and got referred to the main Sears help line, no one is confirming cancellation and I just was charged over $700 for a product I have been trying to cancel for over a week, go to Bodos instead.

Horrible customer service,constantly changing staff, no one trained in any of the departments, totally disorganized. Has been this way for several years- not one time problems.

Had to get get a receipt from 4 years ago. Corporate jerked me around and calling in circles. The people in our local store went above and beyond to help!
