Aaron and the guys at VIP are as good as it gets. Im generally pretty picky about who I let touch my vehicle, but I wouldnt hesitate to return here. Mechanics on staff are knowledgeable and will take the time to show you what needs done and why. They did what might normally take an overnight at some garages in an afternoon, and for an incredibly fair price. Kudos to these fine folks.

I went to VIP Tires & Service for a second opinion regarding my brake lines. I was grateful for their willingness to listen while I reasoned out safety versus affordability. Aaron and his team took a look and let me know that replacing the brake lines was not urgent, but I asked for a replacement anyway because I so appreciated their transparency. Will be sure to seek their services again.

Cant recommend these guys enough. Brought a used car I recently purchased to have them check out, and they diagnosed a potential serious engine issue which I was able to bring back to the dealer and have them fix under warranty. They could have easily jumped into the work themselves, but didnt want to milk me for money. They ran other diagnostic tests on the car as well, free of charge. Just all around good, honest, hard-working people. They treat every customer with the same generosity as the next. The manager, Aaron, is a good guy who is going to take this business far. I really appreciate how he took the time to bring me into the garage and show me exactly what is going on. They got a customer for life.

These guys are great! I was stuck in a pinch with a screw in my tire and a road trip the next day. They said they would be able to work me in despite their already packed schedule which was already fantastic. No sooner was I looking at getting a ride so I could leave my car there than they got the car in and patched my tire. Listening to them talk to other customers and going above and beyond for me when Im in a bind, these folks are amazing.

VIP inspected my car. It was the first time I used this shop. It wasnt a heavy lift and the outcome was as expected.What surprised me was David B and his concern for his customers. They were slammed. Each time he answered the phone, and there were many calls, he informed the caller that he would have to put them on hold for as much as ten minutes. HE ASKED THEM FOR THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER AND RETURNED THEIR CALL JUST AS PROMISED.Hats off to you David!!! That kind of service means I will be your customer for life!!!!

Ive always had good luck dealing with the folks at VIP Tire in Williston. There usually able to quickly get an appointment scheduled me, and their service is reliable and reasonable. More importantly, I drive an older vehicle that I strive to maintain as well as possible to extend its life, and never feel that I am being given lesser treatment because of my automobiles age. That level of trust is invaluable. Also had a nice chat with the fellow at the front desk about his vintage car, so these people really know how to keep these machines going strong. A great resource to have in our region.

Robert and Keith are the best!!! Center punch cut my tire on three spots while driving to work . I stopped by after work, had spare tire on me and they mounted it in a heartbeat! I was in and out in less then 5min. Holy smokes! Strongly recommend this place !!!

Would leave zero stars if possible. Made an appointment online for a state inspection. Upon arrival I was informed VIP was too busy and that I should have called instead because they dont check the online bookings. I received an email and text confirmation for the appointment and neither indicated I needed to call to confirm. Need to be better than this, VIP - dont put the tool online if youre not going to honor them.

Our family of 5 have serviced all 5 of our cars with VIP for the past several years. They have accommodated our schedules and gotten our cars in within 48 hours. We have used VIP for tire changes, brake pads, oil and filter changes, flat tires (and repairs), and multiple other various issues. They are always friendly and demonstrate excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I stopped in here to plug a slow leak and it was amazing. They got me in and out in 10-15 minutes. And get this, Keith showed me the metal barb he pulled out of my tire, told me about the seal, cleaned my wheels, and all for... wait for it... $0. The coolest experience. Ill 100% go back just on the strength of this one experience.

I have been there a few times and every single time I have been very pleased with the service. The staff have always been so friendly and willing to explain things in a way that I feel good about. Theyve always been able to squeeze me in for last minute emergencies. I highly recommend them for their staff.

I limped in late on a Sunday with a completely flat tire, needing four of them because I drive a Subaru. They got me set up very quickly for a pretty good price, and were very helpful and accommodating about letting someone else pay over the phone for me. I had a great experience and I’ll be back for more service in the future.

I already left a 5 star review a month ago when I got an oil change, but recently my low oil light came on, so I checked and saw it was low after only putting about 2,000 miles on the car. I called them and they said to bring it by and they would take a look and top it off if needed. I went by and they checked the oil level which looked fine, but after conferring with me they did a complete oil change just to double check for any leaks or other issues that they couldnt see, all at no cost to me. This reset the low oil on my car and reassured me that it was good to go. This is the type of service that only comes from people who really care about their work and their customers. VIP Tires & Service in Williston was really great and generous! We had them take a look at a car we were thinking of buying and they may have saved us much future repair money by giving us an honest opinion.

Bryce and his team do not fly the VIP flag without meaning it. After an inspection and alignment/balance in the fall, I returned for a full brake job this spring. Could have been lucky timing, but if there is availability in the garage, Bryce will get you in the shop the day you call if he has it available. His techs can work side by side and get a 6-7 hour job done quick. His apparent knowledge for the industry is a huge benefit for a shop to get the best parts onto your car. I would definitely recommend this garage for big and small repair. After being a returning customer I have seen the benefits of using a higher end shop. The team at VIP will help you diagnose the issue you’re having, before they just sell you the repair. Call ahead and use your loyalty, it will go a long way with a big auto shop like VIP. I am nothing but happy with work they perform.

Booked in to change over tires. 2 front tires bald. Stood there at the truck with 4 tires in the back. All good. Drive to the appointment the next day, sit there for a good long time. Truck never comes in the bay. Eventually somebody Ive never spoken with comes over and says they cant do the changeover. Why? Vermont recommends not using winter tires. Okay its a utility truck, their used tires - I dont mind. Now the story changes: our corporate office is in Maine and they dont allow us to do it because Maine has stricter rules. Okay, but you could have told me that yesterday before I booked the appointment and wasted the time and drove the 40 minutes from my house. So now having wasted the time, I drive back home on the bald unsafe tires, and I stop in to my local guy, tell him the story. He takes one look and says well the back tires are fine and they match so I will just put two the two non-winter tires on the front. Problem solved. Could have been solved that easily by VIP had they looked at it. He does the whole thing for nearly half the price VIP was going to charge. Major communication failure. Great reason to go local and not with a chain!

Huge shout out to Bryce for helping me out last minute on a Saturday afternoon! My car started violently shaking when going over 40 mph and I was convinced I had knocked something important loose bottoming out on my dirt road. This place is incredible! We called on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Robert, who told us we could be seen within the hour. When we got there he greeted us personally and talked us through each of the findings thoroughly. We were in and out within a half hour. While waiting, another customer came in that tried to book an appointment online which did not make it to their system. I’ve talked to a lot of mechanics, and VIP is undoubtably the best around. Im one of those people who dreads when I need to take my car into the shop. Theres always more than planned, and it always feels like theyre just looking to jack up the price more at every turn.Today I came in for tires, and found I needed brakes as well. But heres where the story changed from the norm: instead of finding ways to increase the price, Josh at VIP Tires went out of his way to keep it within what I could afford. He was honest, amazingly friendly, and very helpful. Ive always had good experiences here, but this was beyond that. I cant recommend this place enough!

Always fast and good oil changes. Brought my car in because it was making odd noises. Turns out it was a wrecked dust filter near my tire, and they took it out without charge. Best service of any auto shop I’ve experienced in the area.

Bryce the local manager did a good job showing me in detail what brake work was necessary. Great that he was wearing a mask and the plexi glass around the counter made me feel safer. Also they were right on time as to my appointment. They also are very courteous to my wife who might stop for a tire pressure check on occassion.

Got a flat on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and had trouble finding any tire repair place that was open, much less could fit me in. Called VIP around 2:30 and by 3:00 I had already dropped off the tire to get fixed. Around 4:00 I got the call that the repair was finished and popped back for a few minutes so they could put it back on the car. Everyone was really friendly and easy to deal with. We only have the one car, and they really saved us a giant headache by getting us taken care of that same afternoon. Would absolutely recommend!

Couldn’t have been a better experience! Called them around noon:30 about checking my battery because it had a funny start this morning and they said they could take me that afternoon! Cruised over, they pulled my car right in to check the battery and even took the time to explain to me how they run the test, what they’re checking for and what my battery was testing at. Soothes my troubled soul heading into the cold winter! Will definitely keep them in mind for future services.

I had a great experience today at VIP. Travis was friendly. Brought my car in for a state inspection. I didnt have to wait long. Inspection was only $35. Waiting area was comfortable. They left a sticky note in my car letting me know they had wiped down the surfaces they touched. Would definitely return again.

The fact that I took time to say anything is bad enough to start. I came here at the recommendation of family, enticed by the lifetime alignment. I set an appointment online and all was well. I called to confirm and possibly reschedule to learn my appointment had been scheduled for the wrong time and the soonest they could get me in was a few weeks out. That alone should’ve been enough to put me off and find someone else. I reached out to the scheduler who said they could work me in the next week and offered to take a bit off of the cost of the alignment. I arrived and everything went well until the end of the appointment they informed me that the alignment machine was broken and I could either pay the discounted price offered and return later or return later and pay full price. I expressed that I would have liked to have known that before the appointment because I would’ve waited all together. It wasn’t something that broke during the appointment so there was no reason to withhold the information. I agreed to pay then, and it’s been a week since and my car is still not aligned. I understand it’s outside of their control when the part gets there, but this whole thing has been a headache. I have requested to refund the alignment so I can go somewhere else. I don’t want a lifetime alignment if it’s going to be like this or even half as much like this every time. A lifetime of headache? No thank you. Otherwise they seemed kind enough.Edit: they did try to make up for everything and it was really appreciated. I think this company cares, it was just unfortunate timing and thoughtless misinforming.
