What is going on with this company since the change? My husband is a general contractor and recommends Harvey Windows to EVERYONE, it is the only brand he uses. We used to call Harveys and get put right through to a sales person. Ever since they have been Lansing Building products the hold time has been at least an hour every time. We may start looking elsewhere and stop helping them to sell their products

If you had asked me a year ago it would have been 5 stars.I am a remodeling contractor, I deal with at least 15 different supply houses for my needs. Harvey’s is the only supplier that I am unable to call the local branch.I had a working relationship with 2 sales people at Harvey’s, they both quit after the change, and so have I.Harvey windows and doors were never cheap but they had great service. Those days are over. Pursue an Andersen or Marvin window dealer and save yourself the aggravation of talking to someone out of state. They don’t care about their customers anymore

These guys have any type of shingle you could ever desire. The employee who helped me was awesome, and exceedingly helpful. Ill be visiting them again very soon, Im sure. Its kinda hidden, and it seems like they mostly cater towards professionals. Regardless, check it out!
