Air conditioning was out and it was 95-100F outside, so you can imagine it wasnt very pleasant inside. I feel for the workers and hopefully its fixed soon. Otherwise, relatively friendly service encounter.

Could definitely use some cleaning up....especially the front and side display windows. The store has a lot of offer, but the windows are a definite turn off for me....there are nice, huge windows to attract customers.....clean them up and put out some nice displays....or hire someone to do it for you....it would really help. I just dont want to see another store close up around here. We are so limited the way it is.

The workers that Ive met so far are extremely helpful, and easy to converse with when your looking for a style, and input. Completely professional, 10/5 if there was an option. The sales are great for name brand (Polo, Nike, Puma,etc.) if your into that category, like myself it is a great deal for clothing and shoes.

Don’t let this local JCpenny sign you up for a card, they tell you you can get a 32% discount then ring you out at 20% max after they hit your credit. Absolutely disgusted with Lourdes and Mariana. The most deceptive sales tactics I’ve seen in years. canceled a $300 purchase over a 12% discount! Love losing customers they do!

This is the only place in town that I have seen Levis, they are a fair price. They have a mens section, it isnt huge but it does have options.

Love the ship to store feature! Items often arrive quicker than estimated, and sales clerks are cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous interior, well maintained floors. Good deals on everything. There is a clearance section that has fashionable items! They offer a rewards program with good incentives.

I Love Penneys! All of their products are good quality. I always buy my jeans from here. I like the clearance section downstairs. Bought my bed sheets from there for 40% off! Was very pleased with the soft quality fabric and stylish design. I shop here regularly and definitely recommend.

If you are only familiar with the larger JCPENNEYS stores you find in malls, this location may not be exactly what you would expect. It an older and smaller store, with (obviously) less inventory than a larger store. There is still an okay selection of what you would expect, from basic active wear to basic suits. If you need something today, it is good place to stop, particularly for the area.The star off is because the selection is limited enough that, as a big boy, I may not be able to find anything within a certain type of clothing that fits.

Went to go get shoes and the people working there just ignore you when your looking around for some help. Screw that place. Better just to drive to minot.

I hate shopping for clothes or shoes. With that being said, I had a great experience and Saige helped me with all my questions, helping me with what matched and what didnt and was very polite, professional and VERY friendly. I will be back to do some more shopping as its not really to bad! Lol!

Worst JC Penney I ever seen.Shoes section had barely any shoes on display..and 80% of shoes had no price to be found.. Kinda reminds me of a 2nd hand store.

The bathrooms are nasty, the staff is unknowledgeable and unmarked items are on the clearance racks. It is hard for you to get verified clearance items when theres two separate floors and the clerks dont know what theyre doing so they dont call down to ask.

I probably wont ever go back inside. Its far to crowded, barely enough room to squeeze between racks. You cant step back and look at anything unless you go around another display and look over the top. Very uncomfortable and disorganized to boot. I think. Hard to tell anything.

Good big and tall section but cashier must have been half asleep or on drugs who knows ?

Only has mens and womens, much much smaller them most JCPENNEYS but still have the same sales.

EXTREMELY small and cluttered store. There is so much merchandise than there is square footage. Very small selection of clothing. Upon entering you immediately feel overwhelmed with the clutter there is. Im amazed the company hasnt moved the store to a larger more familiar sized building. I think Ill pass next time im in town.

Lady at the register in front of us was still shopping. Stood there for a long time then went to other register, had to wait and then still finished before first lady who was still shopping at the register

Really good service friendly people they have a lot of good sales reasonable prices you need to move to a bigger location they got everything crammed into two levels the store is always clean mostly clothing I really like the mens shoe department they have a great selection dress shoes casual shoes slippers great selection of winter boots the men and womens clothing is on the first floor downstairs they have childrens clothing cookware pots pans dishes the sales associates theyre awesome they let you do all the shopping and browsing all you want they dont pester you too much in there very helpful if you do need assistance they help you right away but it is pretty cool you can walk around and do all the shopping you want and they just smile and let you be pretty cool thank you right now the sales on jackets and winter coats are about 60% off which is awesome they have a lot of jackets there for $200 and you only have to pay like $90 and its awesome theyre always having good sales all the time every time you go in there you can get a good deal on whatever you want I talked to one of the sales associates he said that the store in Williston North Dakota Beats store in Minot North Dakota in sales last month that is really good I think they need to get a bigger store and JCPenneys has a lot of variety but not at the Wilson location its crammed I think if they had a bigger larger variety they would be the top sales in North Dakota always I think the store managers the sales associates and everybody that has anything to do with JCPenneys thank you and Merry Christmas and have a happy New Year

This is the worst penneys Ive ever been to. Its always so disorganized. Always messy. They dont have the quality of merchandise that Im use to.

I had a horrible experience. Not only was I followed around the store by a sales associate in the accessories department, but she also acted like I stole my husbands debit card I was using. To make it worse. I heard her talking about me as I was leaving the store (with my purchase, that she would only allow me to buy with a crad that only had my name on it)to the customers who were in line behind me.

Decent brands of clothing. Not very big though so options are limited.
