I know there is a shortage of workers everywhere but this has got to be the most barren Walmart or store Ive seen by a long shot. So many shelves just sitting empty. Shows online on the app that they have them in stock but nowhere to be found on the shelves. That and also the fact that they arent 24/7. So working out of town with late night shift can leave you stranded for options.Oh well...

Parking is great. The Pickup Area is fast, easy, & convenient. I love that I can check in B4 I get there and then park and finish on the app.

Bare shelves, lots of products missing especially the lower cost products

Wondering how this is going to play out. Walmart does not have the rubbery self sticking oil reminder stickers that automotive places have, instead its a paper with adhesive on the back. So sticky that it ripped off my windshield tint. Manager tries to immediately put the blame on me. Asking if I told the workers that my window had tint... My 4 yr old grand daughter can tell that the upper windshield has tint. I have the darkest tint that I can have. My question is why doesnt automotive have the reminder stickers that other places have with no adhesive. Mgr is totally not customer friendly, just immediately playing the blame game and wouldnt let me file a claim.

The pickup people are all really nice and friendly but driving through the parking lot here feels like youre taking your life in your hands. Theres not a lot of shopping options in town otherwise I would avoid it specifically for that reason.

I found a respectable amount of organic food here, including fresh organic vegetables. I was especially happy and surprised to find Capellos almond flour crust pizza, which is very hard to find. If they would just carry organic grass-fed dairy, including half and half, and Base Culture Frozen Bread. Good job Wal Mart.

You really need to have longer hours!!! Especially in a town that has sooo many working shifts in energy field 24/7.

It was okay I came in to buy some socks and boxers and I couldnt find my size everything was out of place. The pants area it looked like a kid messed that area up because there was so many unfolded pants every where. Some of the sock bags were torn open.

We needed a cheap DVD player....and booyah!!! There it is. Wal Mart is a great place to shop. Love all the new self check out registers.

Best service I have received in north dakota Michael at the tire service center deserves a promotion polite knowledgeable and helpful even with thr system down.

I went in to look for new IPad. But I guess Josh was to busy….but not to busy to help associate with checking out cookies and visiting. I just left. Like it was to much to ask for assistance.

Great parking spaces up close to the entrances. They dont care if you wear or a mask or not. They are not prejudice towards small Service Animals of any kind. However, if you are the wrong Paint Job, and they suspect you may not be able to purchase your merchandise. An employee from which ever departments you visited will follow you out of their department. Soon as the card clears or the cash appears. They will Greet the hell out of you until exiting the building.

My checkout clerk was very helpful and friendly, but the store was a mess. Many shelves were almost empty and most were disheveled and disorganized. Had to find someone to get items off the top most shelf because there were none on the lower shelves.

Friendly staff. But very busy place. Best time to go is after 1 am and before 7am. During the summer. And also grocerie shelves are often thinly stocked for all the customer traffic. And human cashiers are thinly staffed to encourage self checkout.

It was fine like any other supercenter. Nothing really stood out. Tried to cash a couple of tribal checks there. The customer service was poor. Rude and unwilling to help if you had a problem.

This is a huge Walmart the shelves are never fully stocked and messy but its a Walmart. Wish they were open 24/7 like they used to be... Very busy location.. This one has a subway, nail salon, vision, and money services too.. which doesnt seem to ever have a long line thank God! Oh and a liquor store next door.

So! Ive wait a while to give a review, but today set me off.....First, this Walmart has become a joke. All the changes are absolutely ridiculous! Its very obvious the Company is reducing the number of employees with no concerns for the shoppers that come in.All the self check-outs and the lines at the few check-outs with a Cashier is proof of the lack of interest from the Community.The pre-order is a good thing, but the employees that run around filling the orders act as if its their own personal warehouse. They have no regard for customers. Now for what really set me off. Went into the cosmetic area to get a certain soap. After putting it in my cart I was told I had to pay for it there...Not at checkout with the rest of my stuff. So I told her to keep it and left. Why would I want to run my card over and over in the same store. I have to say, this store is running me off very fast.

Probably best Walmart Ive ever been too. Love the selection of near rotten vegetables. Love the lack of cashiers and busy lines. Really cool place to just hurry up and wait.Really good people in here most of the time too. Probably my favorite place to score a dime bag. 👌

I ran in to get sandles only. Unfortunately they were all gone except a few. Still like shopping there though.

Store is confusing now during their new store layout/setup. Doing a good job nevertheless. Hopefully itll get better when the store changes are completed and the signs are placed in their correct spots

Employees are always helpful. Usually has what you need. Shelves are pretty empty alot of the times and pallets always on the floor. Theres been quite a few times theres no one to cover the check outs.

All mainly self check out and being from a state that doesnt require tax we are tax exempt and you have to wait in their extremely long lines for an actual person to check you out.

Don’t wake up early to bring your car into the tire and lube. They don’t have enough techs scheduled until noon to work on vehicles all though there was 2 techs and still got turned away all I wanted was a oil change and tire rotation.

Would not recommend to the fine citizens of the U.S.A.!! My plan was to buy all my necessities in this store. But never again will it be my first option!! Reason being I wanted to purchase this beautiful bear at a reasonable price since it was all in pieces, DIRTY, and in the clearance aisle. long story short when I asked what was the purchasing price, they had the nerve to ask for close to near retail price!! Seriously!! Yall be the judge?!?!

Their vegetables like lettuce cilantro parsley radishes etc that are suppose to be fresh are always wilted. They dont regularly price things so once in a while its priced but 60%-70% of stuff isnt and when priced a lot of times price listed isnt price at register. And stockers put things in wrong places all the time there will be a whole shelf full in wrong spot sometimes. Ive fixed it a couple of times for them, its quite easy to stock just compare UPC barcodes. Stocking pallets always on floor, hard to get to other aisles. Messiest walmart Ive ever been in. Ive lived many places.

Their doing alot of work in this store and it will look nice at the end but now I have to hunt everything down again now that I got use to how it was

Just standing waiting in line to check out. I’m having a hard time understanding why Walmart stands as it does today. The shelves are bare, the lines are long, unless you want to check yourself out. With four kids in tow, it’s not something I will do. Unless of course you want to start offering a discount for my services. I’ve had it with Willistons Walmart. What do we chalk the bare shelves up to now? Oil is dead and they close at 10PM.... what causes the bare shelves? I have no choice in where to shop in Williston and it’s really irritating. If Walmart had competition they would have to step up their game. 10minute wait in line and it’s not moved at all. Boo Walmart, boo!

I am only going to speak toward the automotive side. Josh. I hope you are reading this. I understand theft is a liability at your store. But I spent 25 minutes waiting to buy an $8 set of automotive lights because they were “in the case”. The worker said it would be faster to check out at the tire center, threw the lights behind the counter, and left. Over the 25 minutes I stood back there watching your tire and lube guys walking all around, 3 people set the things they had down in the ground and left, including a guy with two tires. You need to put one full time cashier back in T&E with a requirement of purchasing one automotive related item to check out back there. I actually put back everything but the gallon of milk I needed and walked up front to pay. Come on bro. If I wanted to steal something, I promise you I could find something worth a whole lot more than a pair of led lights that cost $7.99 to buy.Please do better

I had not been in the Williston Walmart since the pedemic 2 yrs. and I will not be back I’m in a wheelchair and all of your auto checkers are not ment for the handicapped you have no room to unload your groceries from the cart and no space to put your bags after you bag them. No counter space I refuse to put my groceries on those nasty floors. Unless Walmart is going to discount their groceries for the inconvenience i will not be back. I will shop at cash wise online and they deliver that worth the extra money (7-8) dollars thru door dash.

If i wanted to be a cashier... id apply for a job doing that.

Worst Walmart i have seen. shelves are constantly empty, not much for customer service. recently converted the store over to self checkout (mainly) was only 2 non-self check lanes open last I went. Have seen the store from 2010 to 2021 and although the store seems to constantly change in where things are nothing has really changed about the store. Just my 2 cents.

Got our tire changed. It was quick and the customer service was awesome.

Relatively unremarkable. I think they were out of roasted chicken when I went to go buy dinner but it was late. there would be no need to avoid this Walmart supercenter.

Since moving from Denver, it has been very hard adapting to not having a Wal-Mart on every corner. My nearest Wal-Mart location is 43 miles away and hope to God that when you arrive that they have what the website states they have in inventory.

I have never had to wait so long to get my oil changed I got to Walmart at 3:30pm it is now 6:15pm on the 5th of July 2021 here in Williston North Dakota very upsetting I wont be going to Walmart in Williston North Dakota again Im not even rating it a one star but in order to post this comment I had to put a star

Tire Center has the worst customer service anywhere. Manager Jon is condescending to women and acts like he knows it all. They mounted tires on our vehicle a couple months ago and weekly we had to put air in the tires as they continued to lose air. No responsibility is taken for their poor work. Would not repair tire. Also had another vehicle that need tires mounted and they refused. They wanted us to buy their tires instead. Shoddy work, poor service.

When WalMart refuses to check me out with a cashier, I will no longer be shopping at WalMart!Nice store, pretty well stocked, 30 self checkout lanes, only 6 lanes for cashiers, and only 3 actual cashiers.

I was able to find everything I needed, the staff was not super out going/friendly. No one really went out of their way to offer help. Just offering goes a long way. But the shelves were pretty stocked and food was fresh.

Walmart as a whole NEVER has adequate service at the check out lines; and frankly their attitudes are more than substandard. The Mile Citys store has exceptional service attitudes cleanliness etc. I was surprised!

I was shocked and disappointed when I went into the store today. Its been at least a month since I have been there. The place is still a complete mess. They are moving everything around to make room for MORE self scanners.I cannot tell you how many very frustrated people were there today trying to find things. I heard a lot of very bad language. Boxes up and down the rows make it very difficult to get the items you need.Now, lets address all the self scanners. First of all, I hope you drop prices or pay me for scanning and bagging my own groceries. And the fact that you are now unemploying so many folks that were cashiers... shame on you! I am currently and will continue to go i.to that store as much as possible.

Employees are nice, they chit chat with one another far too often though so you often gotta get their attention. Aisles are usually crowded with stocking pallets, making it tough to navigate through the store. They are pretty good at keeping most items stocked but it can be a hit or miss in finding what you need. Reasonable prices compared to other local stores, except their meat is more expensive than cash wise. The produce department is iffy, sometimes fresh but often looks on the verge of spoiling. I think most of the pros of this store is the friendliness of employees.

This store was very wrll organized.

What can I say? Its Walmart. Im pretty sure they are all identical. The people at the grocery pick up are always good though. Thats who earns the 3 stars. Cashiers inside are generally the same as any other WALMART- always new so they never know what theyre doing. Take your Valium before shopping inside

Employees are not knowledgeable in anything. Rude is the ONLY way thy are while stocking every isle during peak shopping hours. Doing the job hired for is far to big of a burden to do while the store is closed... I know closing by 10 or 11 pm is tragic but since 24hour shopping is no longer. Choose an attitude of kind, helpful instead of rude and crude

Busy but efficient. Needs more checkout lines to be open but you get the product at a fair price. Worth the hassle.

Just moved to the area and havent been in a Walmart Supercenter in 13 years.This place was huge. If you need something, theres a 98% chance this place sells it.

You walk in and there is a big sign saying everyone has to wear a mask (covid-19) and aside from the staff only a handful of people had masks on. And half the staff either had their mask on their chin or under their nose.It’s also a very crowded, unorganized, fairly dirty Walmart.Aside from that it’s the same variety and pricing you’d get at other Walmart’s.

Not my favorite walmart but it does have a liqour store. I think its under remodel or something there is always to much clutter in isles.

Havent been in Williston Walmart since coronavirus started. Wont be going back any time soon. Understocked. Understaffed. Employees that were stocking, were blocking aisles and not at all helpful. Only 2 check outs with clerks. The rest were all self checkout. I will not pay ND s sales tax. I will keep driving 200 miles to nearest Target!

The cashier wasnt the nicest but there was another employee who was so compassionate and considerate she stopped what she was doing to personally help me find the things I couldnt find. Going out and shopping is very difficult for me my husband used to do all our shopping he passed away in november and now I Have to battle the anxiety and terror and unsureness of social interaction I kept apologizing to her for beibg a burden and she stopped me and said i am more than happy to help you.without you I wouldnt have a job an employee who appreciated the customer and knew without customers the store doesnt make money and if the store has no money she has no paycheck. But even more than that she just was so compassionate and aware of the struggle I was having being around people. I wish i had gotten her name because she truly truly deserves recognition for her amazingness she was an older woman and she was working near where all the soaps and shampoos and stuff are where they have it all blocked off and covered because they are redoing that corner of the store. I hope that helps u identify who she is because like I said she more than deserves recognition she went above and beyond to calm me and to assist me in the best possible way that is the example ur other not so helpful employees should be following

Freight in the aisles, shelves not stocked, little to no customer service... Im sure Sam and Bud are having a fit above if this is what represents the company they worked so hard to build.

Too many self checkout and not enough cashiers. I dont use self checkout and wont because it takes away from peoples jobs.

Now this program shuts off while I am typing. I guess they dont want my story public. For over a week I have been trying to place and order and delivery. It says it is available until after the financial info is entered then it says there are no longer any slots available today, tomorrow, or the next day. I am beginning to think this program is a sham.

The shelves seam to be being stocked constantly, no matter what time I arrive. This is a positive and a negative. The cashiers are mostly reserved, understandably so. A few gems for sure. Parking is usually busy. I waited 6 minutes in line, 3 people in front of me, 5 total lanes with real cashiers. I called ahead of time and asked for a supervisor of the money center and when the lady answer I asked how much the fee was to cash a check and she said a few dollars, I dont know. WHAT AN ANSWER! It seams to be improving but slowly.

I actually enjoyed it. The people there were helpful, joyful and nice. I would definitely return to this Wal-Mart again.
