They installed a new receiver for me on the same day I bought it while I waited. Very good service and the installation work has been excellent. I would be happy to recommend them.

Jayson and his assistant (Adrian - believe) are incredibly helpful. They helped me upgrade the stereo in my 2019 Toyota 4Runner to my liking with JL speakers, amp and processor. The sound is crisp, clear and loud. This store might not be for everyone but if you have an ear for audio you are at the right place. Oh, and the installation was extremely professional. I look for problems or something out of sort and couldnt find a thing.

Had a stereo problem 4 other mechanics could help with but they were able to.

Overcharged,bought my own equipment to include sound deadening material charged me to install on front doors had door panels removed to find out that no sounddeadner had been installed. Installed rear sub enclosed with three jl amps box was not fastened securely to vehicle .

So far they were great!! Very knowledgeable, professional, clean place, nice lay out. I have an appointment to get stock speakers replaced see how it goes. Another thing I liked is they spent a lot of time with me and showed me multiple options. See how it goes.

I recently made the decision to replace my stock radio in my Subaru and Adrian, the car sound specialist, was very instrumental in exploring the various options and price points, finding me the best option for the cheapest price, not to mention making the process fun.Discounts on the deck and labor and a seemingly personalized installment plan, and if that wasnt enough to impress me, after installment, Adrian got in with me and gave me an extensive run down on operating my new equipment.Oh wow, does it sound great!Over all a positive experience, to say the least.Thank you Creative Sound!

I have an older Audi and wanted a very specific look and sound with a new head unit..these guys nailed it! They not only knew, but had what I was looking for on the shelf. Very pleased with their service and how my stock speaker system sounds. Go here first.

My boyfriend and I went in there to see if they could help figure out why my boyfriends car stereo sounded so bad, my boyfriend already had them install the stereo in his truck about a year ago, and the guy who came out to help us, last Friday, was not helpful at all, he didnt even seem like he wanted our business, let alone even care what my boyfriend was saying about the stereo. My boyfriend literally had to say to the guy in the nicest sounding way possible Should I just bring it elsewhere or is this something you can help us with??? After saying that, the guy finally made a little more effort to be helpful but it still made us angry and frustrated because the guy who was working wouldnt even walk out to our truck so that we could quickly show him what we meant by the stereo not sounding right since we dont know much of anything about stereo or speaker installation. At this point I walked back outside because I was so annoyed and my boyfriend ended up making an appointment for the following Monday. We will see what happens but Im not so sure why that employee was so awful at customer service considering his job is 100% customer service!!! My boyfriend is still really not confident in keeping the appointment because of that guy but hes just hoping its a different more helpful employee when he brings his truck in!!!!

Very impressed with these guys. Brought my car in for some new back speakers. They had a good selection, friendly service and the guy put the college hoop game on for me in their theatre while i waited. Speakers sound great too
