I normally hate shopping. I hate the stress it brings, the time it consumes & the holes it digs in my pockets. But honestly- I loved this place. Both the guys their, Mavrik & Eric were friendly, informative and to the point. They got me fitted for a mattress I was looking for & actually listened to my budget. They treat u like people instead of consumers. Seriously, try them before you try anyone else

Eric is fantastic! We just wanted to try a bed out a week ago or so but ended up buying the bed to support our dreams. Eric listened to our concerns and desires and directed us accordingly and then made the package something we could manage financially. I was impressed and never felt pressured at all. We received our bed today and all went as planned and as scheduled. We are very happy. (Thanks, Eric!)

Super poor experience, was excited for a new bed and it has turned into a nightmare. Delivered the wrong bed went up there lady wouldn’t even look at my pictures was pressuring me to keep trying beds, treated like I was lying about them delivering the wrong bed. Was told management was supposed to call me Thursday they never called was told then was told they would call me Friday they never called Friday to resolve the issue.

The service seemed wonderful. Up until I came across all the issues. I had put the 10% deposit like they had asked to order the bed. Went back in to pay the remaining amount to find they hadnt even ordered it yet. Then they had told me the delivery would be May 29th. I called the 29th to find out the delivery has been delayed. Expecting it that day I had moved everything in preparation. Not even a courtesy call. What a joke.

Store has a great inventory of mattresses and bed accessories. Employees were super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping and checking out what deals are happening. *** Just be aware, get the full info pertaining to the try out period and understanding. Also, they do not mention this, but if you decide to try out a different mattress during the allowed time period expect a charge for pick up of the mattress because you can not return to the store ***

Mattress Firm in Williston is the only place you need to go for your next bed! The service and staff were excellent. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me several different price options. If you are in the market for a bed, do not buy until you stop on into their store!

Rude people and overpriced mattresses and deceiving sales practices

Im rating them a 2 star because it was not the sales people problem its the new delivery company. We bought our bed over 2 weeks ago. Saturday will be 3 weeks. Last Friday night I received a call telling me due to sub zero temperatures they wouldnt be delivering our bed. Ok.... they asked me if I could make Monday work. Sorry no I have to work. So was planned that this Saturday they would deliver our bed. Monday night at 6p I got a call telling me sorry we have to change your appointment time to Thursday from 12-4p but since you are next to williston you should get your bed by noon. Ok we will work it out. At noon our time I called them to make sure our bed will be here at said time. WRONG. So I lost 8 hours of pay because this new company cant drive in sub zero temperatures. They couldnt keep their appointment for this coming Saturday because it might snow. Hello you live and work in north Dakota. This company needs to learn to drive in cold and snowy conditions. As a driver drives wife I understand driving in nasty weather I have seen it all. Last Saturday temps where not that bad. And I end up traveling myself .now we are 6p at night and still no bed. Because this was a special delivery. And they had to send out a 2nd truck. They ran into a mail box in Watford . Then when they called me the driver didnt even know what road they where on. And when I talked to them I gave them directions to our hour. My husband had to go get them. All I got is hire new company!
