Karen and her wonderful team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Having been a Carpenter for nearly a decade in my earlier years I knew what to watch for and expect from a good builder. From the flexibility in the design process to the communication on owner preferences and how to best meet them High Performance Modular homes met and exceeded our needs. Their timeline was exceptional in comparison to people I know who were utilizing other local Modular home companies for their builds. Rock Point in Burlington bought a house produced by High Performance Modular. Karen Gagne was an excellent partner in helping us create an energy efficient employee residence. They were excellent in keeping to their time tables and communication as we proceeded along the way. We had some bumps along the way (NOT caused by them) and she worked with us throughout the process from design to completion. The quality of construction was excellent. How many houses do you know can travel down a highway at 70 miles an hour. Good luck with your project.

Karen and her crew built our home in 2015 and our garage the following year. Her customer service was excellent and responsive. We plan to work with them again for some custom built ins for our new mudroom in the future. I highly recommend High Performance!
