I didn catch the persons name that was working at the front desk when I came in- I wasnt sure what I was looking for, just picking up a part for someone else. I told her I need a cap thing for a vent. Somehow, she knew exactly what I was looking for! And it fit perfectly!Thanks for knowing your stuff!

Everyone in this office was so kind and helpful except for our Salesman, when we learned that we couldnt afford a 60 thousand dollar camper he was no longer interested in selling us a camper and acted like we were an inconvenience when we tried to inquire on one we could afford. We ended up purchasing one that was 27 thousand instead (plus fees) and the first time we took it out the awning arm broke, we took it back in and were told they could submit the broken arm under warranty. They later called us saying that you couldnt replace JUST the awning arm and that the warranty wouldnt cover the replacement of the $2000 awning and we would need to pay out of pocket. We ended up taking the camper to another RV dealership who submitted the warranty for the awning arm which they covered, we feel like we were lied to and mistreated at Rugby and would not recommend them to anybody.

Bought my 2018 5th wheel a year ago and Gary and kevin treated us really well, great customer service, any warranty work that needed done or provided was handled without any issues. Had a self inflicted issue with camper that I did and Adam in the service department in williston got our camper in pretty fast. Great customer service in that department as well. I recommend Rugby Homes.
