They came through my Geico Roadside assistance. They got there super quick and had us back on the road in no time. Mike was very professional and helpful.

I had my car repaired by this company & something was stolen from my car. I didnt notice it right away. When I did i contacted the company immediately. I have not heard from the company, Im quite certain they have cameras. If you use this company, take pictures of anything inside your car, even if you think it wont be stolen.

Never ever will I do business with Excalibur again !We are still having problems with the car. The staff particular this one person is a big liar. They should have been recorded.

They came to pick up our car that we were trading into a dealership. When the tow truck driver arrived at the dealership, he proceeded to bad-mouth our car that he was dropping off. Obviously he did not realize that word would get back to me. Terrible manners of a supposed professional tow company sent out by GEICO. highly displeased, would not recommend to anyone.

I was going to ask if they could fix my car since they were towing it. Glad i didnt! Someone said their work was of poor quality anyway.
