Awesome group of people fair prices and will never tell you to replace or fix something you dont need. Its hard to find an honest mechanic shop but they know what they are doing and are fair on their prices!

Lakeside is doing business with integrity and honesty. Price is good and wait time is reasonable. For an oil change is about $50, wait time 40 mins. Now I do my two cars maintenance here.

Absolutely amazed with their service. I had Conrad’s quote me almost $400 to change my rear brakes. Lakeside auto allowed me to bring my own parts and they listened to what I needed. Ended up only spending $90 here. They were so so nice and professional. They had my complete trust just from talking to them on the phone. As a female I know shops will try to up sale me on unnecessary parts and services, I work in the auto industry, and I’ve seen it. They did not do that ONE BIT. Honesty goes ALONG way with the mechanics world. They did amazing and I cannot thank them enough. Will be reccomemding them to anyone who asks! Thanks again to the crew here!

I had a screw in my tire and needed to get my daughter to Medina for 2 soccer games on a Saturday morning. I called 3 different shops and no one was willing to help. One brand told me it would take 3 hours, another 9 hours, and another stating not at all today. Google says a tire plug is between 15 and 20 dollars and takes just a few minutes. Most blogs says shops will do it as a drive up. No one would help. I tried certified without even calling ahead. I was on my way to Medina for 10 bucks within 10 minutes and thats no exaggeration. I literally waited longer to ask to have the work done than it took to do it. Thats how you get customers. I consider it a blessing. Thank you!!

The owner, Mike, wanted to do way more work to my Jeep than I could afford right away. He pushed. When I called him out on it, he said he wouldnt work on my car at all and hung up on me! When I went back to pick up my vehicle I explained that he talked me out of letting him do all of the work which I will need to have done eventually. Terrible attitude and unprofessional. Greed cost him a lot of future business. Beware.

Ive been taking my 99 Ranger here for 3 years. They never do work that doesnt need done, they always ask before making repairs you may not be aware of, and theyre always happy to be transparent about their services. In fact, theres been times theyve done small things for me and didnt charge me, even though I tried to get them to take something for the time. This is probably the best shop Ive ever used. A trustworthy auto shop can be hard to find. These guys and Joyce are great!

I have been going here for years. They have ways been honest and I highly recommend this place. I have a 13 year old vehicle that runs great and I credit them for it.

So far 2x good experiences. First off, I hate most mechanics, at least 90% of them are very dishonest. So far I have taken two different cars here. Once for a wheel bearing and another time for a power steering pump replacement. I received great work and fair prices each time. They havent tried to up sell me on anything unnecessary which I really appreciate. Will be bringing my vehicles here for any repairs that I dont want to do myself.

I needed a specific repair done that the dealership quoted at $1800. Lakeside originally quoted $1600 but they promised to do some research and came back to me with an $800 quote. They did a good job on the fix and even gave me a car to use- no extra charge- while they worked on my car.

Terrible experience took my car to them for some ball joints they replace the ball joints car still making the same noise so I take it to the dealer they asked me who replaced the ball joints but not the bushings. Call lakeside and the man named Josh said he only replaced what I asked for but a real mechanic would tell a person or make it an option i will never go back here or recommend anyone to go back. Then they give me an ridiculous quote more than the dealer. Rip off if I knew better I wouldn’t have trusted them. It’s an shame people are out here preying on women my truck sounds 100 times worst than when I took it originally to them
