It is difficult for me to overstate how impressed I was with Chuck and his people. I came in with an alternator problem. Chuck determined i needed a new belt. It was a quick experience.

Great mechanic. Very trustworthy. Wont overcharge you. Wont tell you you need work that you dont need. (I had a mechanic quote me $1200 for shocks and struts they claimed I needed a few years ago and Chuck told me they were fine. No problems with them since.) Will tell you if you can hold off on a repair for a little. Remembers his customers and sees them as people, not a source of income. Its nice to have a mechanic you know you can trust.

High Quality work, honest and reasonable. The only thing that would be better is if it were free. Hes always busy so you know hes good. I compared prices the first time I used him and I think he was at least 25% cheaper. That was a few years ago though so I dont remember exactly. Highly recommend.

Ok so heres my story, I recently relocated back to the Cleveland area from Nashville, TN. I rolled into town, found a little pub and met some fine people. One person was Bob Hicks. After being in town for about a week, I noticed I had a transmission leak on my 2014 chevy cruze. Bob & I were talking one night and he mentioned that he was a mechanic for LCC Automotive and he was certain they could fix the problem. So I made an appointment. I took my car in today and Chuck the owner met me, took a test drive & said they were on it. Not only did they fix the problem in just a couple hours, Chuck gave me a loaner car to drive! The cost of repairs was very affordable and the service was outstanding. I will utilize LCC Automotive for my service needs in the future no doubt. I suggest you try them out.
