This shop is an absolute gem! I brought my 2015 Infiniti Q50S here to have lowering springs and new wheels/tires installed. I was skeptical of the quality of work after calling so many other shops and being quoted so much higher than Performance Automotive. Man was I wrong, it was almost too good to be true. I was out of town for work when my car was in their shop and Sean kept me updated the whole time. Sean personally sent me pictures of the process step-by-step, and seemed just as excited as me regarding the upgrades to my car. Sean is also great at explaining technical matters to someone like me who is not a mechanic or an expert with cars. Being rare to find shops that dont take advantage of the customer, have expert knowledge/quality, and an extremely friendly/helpful/personable owner/mechanic that takes immense pride in their work, I cannot recommend anywhere other than Performance Automotive.

The team at Performance Automotive was professional, personable, accommodating, and fast! When I got my oil changed here it was very simple and easy to schedule. I got to meet the entire team that was working on my car. The owner spent a few minutes with me and made me feel very comfortable because this was my first time visiting and using their services. I will definitely come back to Performance Automotive in Willoughby!

Got headers and high flow cats installed from these guys. They did a perfect job and they have very affordable prices. I recommend them to anyone looking to get performance mods on their cars!

Installed new struts, shocks, tie rod end, Swaybar link, and a wheel bearing all in one day with short notice. Cost hundreds less that the competition! My van rides like new again!
