Dan has competitive prices for the area & wont ever try to oversell. When I went back to him two years in a row for the same emissions issue he fixed it the second time for free, stating that the part he used the year before was on warranty-which I never would have known if he didnt tell me. This guy is a stand-up dude and always honest. He helps me prioritize what I can afford based on safety issues first. In addition, I recently left my purse in the shop overnight with $80 cash in my wallet and Dan called me first thing the next morning to assure me it was there & safe. Needless to say everything was in tact, which leads me to believe his staff is honest too.

Ive been taking my car to Smart Car Care for years. Dan, the owner, and Andrew, our favorite mechanic always take great care of our vehicles. Weve given them some challenging problems, and they have always done a fine job. We had one problem, that 2 other mechanics thought they had fixed, but the problem continued. We took it to Smart Car Care, and Andrew repaired it correctly on the first try. I highly recommend Smart Car Care!

You wont be able to beat the customer service or price! I had my truck power steering fixed, I thought it was still leaking afterwards so I brought it back in and they looked at it again. It was all old fluid from when it had exploded before I had it repaired. He used his own shop supplies to clean up the drips yet again. I took my truck through the car wash and filled it with gas. About 2 days later my check engine light came on along with the service traction control light. I was nervous about cost to repair and upset with having to bring it back to Dan, I happened to mention I put flex fuel in it (YES its a Flex Fuel vehicle) however because I never use that type of gas my truck didnt like it. Dan let me know my problems were more than likely due to the E85 gas. He had his guys take it for a test drive and run the scanner on it just in case. Dan said to run a few tanks of regular gas through it and it should be ok. His other option was to charge me for some stuff I didnt need because I really wouldnt have known better. Very honest business owner. I will be back again and again

(suddenly exhaust was loud after needing new rotors...)Then I was recommended to see Dan at Smart Car Care. He gave me a great deal in fixing the sudden exhaust issue, and Ive been going back ever since. The name Smart Car Care Inc does not by any means mean that they are an intelligent bunch. They replaced my muffler today, but also put down my broken window in the middle of winter and told me it was all my fault. Also, I checked the muffler and saw that they put back on the old rusted bolts that holds it in place which I will be replacing this weekend. If they were smart they would know that rust spreads from one surface to another. I am a very dissatisfied customer who will not be returning.
