I never go here unless I basically have no choice. They have a very limited stock and rarely have good deals. Not sure how they stay in business. The staff dont always know how to answer you and Ive seen them be rude to other people. Feels like your bothering them at times and they rush to check you out.Never been to the pharmacy but have had friends say they refuse to go back to the pharmacy there.

This rite aid has consistently bad customer service. The girls who run the window appear to be fresh out of GED school. They are curt, untrained and often rude to customers.Ive also experienced many many times going to pick up an RX and being told we dont have enough and they seem to be unclear as to when theyll have enoughHow can you be in the business of prescriptions and not have enough? Not just once but all the time?Baffling.After 30 years of using Rite Aid pharmacies in Painesville and Geneva I have to switch to Giant Eagle pharmacy in Willoughby since we moved here in 2014. The service is always friendly at GE and they ALWAYS have enough.This rite aid needs a major overhauling of everything.

The pharmicist was extremely rude from the beginning, asking why I was there when they just got my prescription order like half a second ago and told me I would have to wait half an hour. Waiting was no biggie. I come back half an hour later and she is upset that I have a paper version of my insurance card. I wait at the window for 20 minutes and someone else comes and tells me she cant figure out my insurance and is making calls... this is the same insurance Ive had since Ive been using this pharmacy and they just filled my sons prescription on my insurance a month ago? And they have me waiting another half an hour, and they have my insurance card so I cant leave.

As stated before in other comments, the service is very poor. Called a prescription in at 4pm and was told it would be ready by 6pm (already seems like an more than enough time for this time during a weekday, but its winter so Im sure their a bit more busy than normal). Go through the drive thru at 6:15 Just to make sure I gave them some extra time, and was met with a rude pharmacist. I asked about my prescription and got an answer of well we just got it now so youll have to wait at least another hour with a crappy attitude. I asked how if I called it in at 4pm to a person and not the automated system did you just receive it now? I just got an annoyed answer of well youll still have you wait at least an hour. Waited and called back so I didnt spend another 40min round trip wasted, and cant even get an answer to see if they have it ready. Needless to say I dont think Ill be using them anymore.

The pharmacist and his assistant are pretty much useless, arrogant and rude. Dropped off an rx, they said 45 mins. Thats ok.. I will come back.Fast fwd 45 mins and NOTHING was touched. Pharmacist turns around and says weve been busy.Total a$$hats

Rite Aids chip scanners are too slow and the cashiers must educate their customers how to use them, multiple times per customer per checkout. I bought one thing, and had to wait in line ten minutes as the lone woman in front of me couldnt figure it out. After six attempts (SIX) of her swiping, then inserting ad nauseum, I finally got what I came for.And no, I dont want an effing Plenti card...

This is the rudest experience Ive ever witnessed at a business. The Manager April just totally disrespected and screamed at a customer who was waiting for his wife by the door. He explained he was waiting for his wife and she just was so nasty and screamed loudly while other customers were right there shaking there heads. Will never shop here again!!!!!
