They have the best customer service especially in the pharmacy department. No matter how busy they are they always treat you with a smiling face and are so helpful. I wouldnt get my prescriptions filled at any other place.

Currently waiting to get my flu shot with my 6 year old.I keep getting told they have new computers for why there is a wait but why have new computers if it just slows down everything?I will update my review when they get things together.

Came here for my 2nd Covid shot.Amy at the pharmacy was super friendly.I am trans, but I still legally use my deadname for now. She was totally respectful of this, and always used my preferred name even though the papers all have my dead one.While I was sitting after the shot, she honestly complimented another woman’s purse- and she was right, it *was* cute!It’s one thing to get great service, and a rare bonus to meet a seriously decent human.

Refused to add money to my PayPal account as is a service offered by Walgreens. Those who work there are not knowledgeable about the services agreed upon with PayPal.

Rebecca in the skin care section was incredibly helpful! She helped me find specific products. She also answered all of my questions & gave me great recommendations. I had a lot of questions because I have never been great about using anti-aging products. Thanks so much!

Had so much trouble with CVS right down the road with my new insurance. Had it transferred here with absolutely no problem. I was able to give my new insurance and have my script in minutes!

Terrible pharmacy customer service. Rude employees working in pharmacy. Very understanding that they are busy but completely rude in the process.

Enough is enough not at all helpful I guess my ASK was to big. 11pm at night could you fax a sheet to my new insurance I’m fresh out the hospital I don’t need to pick it up now Please.. I said PLEASE one sheet here is the number. Nope was the reply I’ve been coming here for 3 years I’ve had it done before and everything was all good..... Nightshift tonight 11/12 REALLY come on I help pay you. I held a high title before with this company thanks you never disappoint me..... Another prescription lost hours lost customer lost money lost.... I can keep going

My favorite pharmacy for great selection and buys on vitamin supplements. And its unbelievable how calm, curteous and efficient, the staff stays whenever they get super busy. Just a nice atmosphere.

Normally I like doing business with these folks. I live very close. But I called the other day with a simple pharmacy question. The girl on the phone acted really put out and then told me she couldnt answer my question...Very rude. I guess its time to go to CVS.

Pharmacy is poorly run. One of the technicians spoke out loud about prescriptions of myself and others. Not sure what happened to this location but it’s become one of the worst Walgreens i’ve ever been to. had to wait at window and then come in to wait even longer. the person running the drive through was rude and seemed bothered to even be helping us. terrible management and terrible customer service.

One of my medications was on back order when I went to get it refilled in February; I was told it would come in on March 15th and never heard from them. I was also told at this time that my doctor had called and stopped another one of my medications. I called my doctor because we always discuss things of this manner and found out that the information about it being stopped was untrue. I went to get my April refills on the 2nd and was told that the one that was previously on back order is either still or again on back order. Then the pharmacist asked me why I take two different dosages of the same medication with the retort that one is usually enough. Why am I being grilled about what Im taking when all they have to do is call my doctor who wrote the scripts if they have questions? I like the 24 hour service but am considering transferring my scripts to a pharmacy that wont lie to me or sit in judgment. This place has really fallen though the cracks and Ive been using them for years up until now.

An employee was very friendly and helped me find what i needed, but the cashier was a little rude. I understand we can all have a bad day but it was unprofessional.

My fav Walgreens. Go here a few times a month for the sales and reward points. Very friendly staff, and its one of the 24 hours one around.

The cashier was very rude. the lady was yelling at the two little boys in front of me who were about 7 and telling them to “HOLD ON A MINUTE” very loud and “KNOCK IT OFF”. you guys need to fire CINDI, she is unfriendly and this isn’t my first incident with her.

Currently waiting in the drive through after sitting here for over half an hour. The car in front of us has been here for who knows how long. I called to see what the holdup was and the woman who answered was very rude and unhelpful and we are STILL waiting in the drive though.

Person answering phone for the pharmacy needs to fix their attitude. I called to ask if my prescription was sent in yet. The pharmacist asked what I was being prescribed, I told her. She replied we dont have that here or at any walgreens. I asked what do you mean, that drug itself or my specific presciption? She replied very slowly and loudly (with a bad attitude): YOUR DOCTOR DIDNT SEND IT TO US.... Okay sorry for bothering you, Ill be sure to call my doctor and have them send my script across the street to CVS, to prevent disturbing your workers. I see other review similar to mine and Im sure they are about the same person.
