The guys working there were so helpful and very honest when helping me pick out my son’s Nintendo switch! I will definitely be going back for all of my kids gaming needs.

When it comes to retail Gamestop is awesome. Take the time to be realistic and talk to a store manager if you have issues that need to be resolved. Def a goto.

I keep visiting places like game stop and the exhaust hoping to find some kind of deal on games or accessories. But its definitely not the case Im finding at any of these stores. They are charging same price as chain stores if not more!... and most of the time they have cases of games out but then tell you oh we dont have many of these in stock.. well then why are they out? I did happen to purchase a game at the Willoughby location because they were out of regular sonic racing but they had sonic racing with sonic manic for $30. Which you can get at best buy for exact same price.

BLAISE is amazing

Its clean and the staff is very helpful. This Gamestop seems to lean more on the games then the merch so if youre looking for collectables or figs, this isnt the gamestop for you.

I was at Game Stop yesterday to buy a controller for my sons PS4. My son had in his mind exactly what he wanted, and of course I had in my mind what would be best.I have to say that I received outstanding customer service from Samuel, or at least that was the name on my receipt. The young man who helped us was not only helpful, he really made it a point to make sure that I was happy with what we got, and that my son was especially happy!He also was kind enough to help me with getting info on a price match, as I did not buy the system from Game Stop, and that I am very sorry for.I will definitely be sure to shop Game Stop in the future. AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!

Great staff and a okay selection of videos game collectables.

The employees here are super nice and the manager Kevin is wonderful. We had trouble at a different Gamestop and Kevin went out of his way to help us and make sure that others wouldnt have the experience we had. This is hands down the best Gamestop around and is worth the extra drive.

Store is okay... but Kevin, the General Manager, was very rude with me and basically didn’t want my business. I didn’t give him that much trouble, I was just asking him to see if he could order me a game that the store said they had it online, but couldn’t find it. Go to the exchange instead. It’s right down the street and they’ll take care of you.

If the assistant manager Jason is there, I recommend you walk right out and go to another Gamestop. This place was great until they hired him. Very rude, and management doesn’t want to do anything about it. If you’re looking to be treated like a customer when buying a game, don’t do it here.

Always enjoy going to the stores rather than online. Friendly interactions with a little chit chat over games and events. Employees here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Wanted a simple yes or no question answered 30 min before they opened and all I got was someone pointing and a closed sign. Felt disrespected and not like a valued customer when I called to talk to a manager and got the explanation that they were too busy to answer a yes or no question.

Only one guy working, he was doing his best at trying to help everyone. I give three stars cause I had called the day before about trading in a game and I brought it in and was told i get less than half the price I was told, its unfair. And i even brought an extra game in as well. Store is small and not a lot to select from.

I will never go to gamestop again after this. I went in with my friend and what I like to do is buy any version of Destiny and collect it as a joke. I have bought from there numerous times and this time will be the last. I had grabbed destiny on the Xbox 360 and Xbox one and headed to the counter, there were two employees one did not talk and the one I’m focusing on was a rather large guy. He looked at the games and laughed and goes wow well it’s your money. I was almost in shock my friend looked at me as though I was going to punch the employee. The guy also gave me the wrong case and I didn’t see it until I left. Instead of a destiny 1 case he gave me a dark knight rises case that was colored on. After all of this I will be sticking with target and Best Buy.

Call before I went for game was told they had it. Drove 43 minutes to get their the manager Matt took advantage of my teenage son and refuse to compensate. Told him to drive 43 more minutes back so he could switch it out. Refuse to give discount or store credit. Told him to call back on Monday to speak with Maher Kevin. He took it back and was told by Matt he could not check the game to see if the new one worked. Because he had no game system to check it on. Horrible customer service.

During checkout the guy offered me a warranty for $3, I declined and he literally ROLLED his eyes at me and said WHATEVER Then he must think I am an idiot, game was marked $22.95 but he charged me $29.99. I declined to make an ordeal in front of other customers but I will NEVER be back. Customer service is EVERYTHING and you blew it.

The employees of this store speak to adults like they would a kid. Very disrespectful! I will NEVER shop that store ever again. When you order a prepaid game they will text you when it is in. When you go to get it, they are sold out. Very poor system!!
