Mo was recommended to us from another store, which had sold out of all but a handful of phones on the day we were shopping. He was highly unprofessional from the start, beginning with handling other customers before and around us, even when we were in the store first. He used high-pressure sales tactics, and when we didnt want to pay the prices he quoted to us (which were different than the prices at the previous store), he laughed in our faces, made fun of us, and shamed us.We moved on from his store to a corporate store, where we discovered they, too, were out of stock of the phones we wanted. However, they were able to confirm for us that Mo was charging us more than the corporate store would for the same phones. This is therefore either a store owner problem or a Mo problem.He was unprofessional, narcissistic, and abusive. I would discourage anyone from shopping this store. The staff at the store on Vine street have always been professional, courteous, and generally helpful. If you cannot find what you want there, the store on Lakeshore in Euclid is corporate and professional and helpful.It seems to me the stores which are running out of stock of their phones may be running out because they have more loyal customers than this store does -- and for good reason! The Lakeshore store sold out of one model within 24 hours of stocking it.I will definitely be avoiding this store in the future.

He was quite honest in what he could do and we could possibly expect. Inside was very clean. As I left I told him how we found him... The new owner is helpful. Pretty goofy looking kind of like a mix between Dumbo the elephant and an Arab Will Smith. But he’s honest and fair. Reasonable. Wears his pants like Urkel. Weird for a tall guy. Check it out for entertainment at least.

Great customer service by Mohammad, but I dont seem to get much for phone service anywhere since I switched back to Metro PCS, including in downtown willoughby, and in my house in willoughby on lost nation. It sucks because I really enjoy taking my son for walks, and we like to listen to music and play Pokemon Go, but my service makes it nearly impossible to do either.

If you want to save money don’t come here he charges $25 activation fee and every other metro charges $ 15, not to mention the he over charges you on the phones but u might give u someone else number from another company to so he can make more money doing port over switch deal watch out for him ! He also never gave me a recipe that when I called Corp and told me !!!
