Darrin was amazing,friendly and sells amazing products. This place has floors stacked ontop of floors. From the outside I never knew how big this store was. Will be back after purchasing a very comfy recliner.A1 place right here for your furniture needs

Recently my wife Cindy and I traveled to North Carolina. On a rainy day we decided to shop for furniture. Our friends had purchased furniture and raved about the prices in the South where several manufacturers are located. We obtained pricing and delivery information. Upon our return we visited Sheraton for comparison prices. We were pleasantly surprised on the savings from Sheraton. Lesson learned, support local family owned business without the hassle of delivery and service if needed.

Very rude salesman who kept pushing anything and everything

Really good people. The owner and his wife are excellent and very helpful. They have a very good selection of furniture and many brands. This is a very good place to check out and get good quality furniture at a good price. This is a very good place to check out.

I will never purchase or buy anything from this store. The owner allows his political views to be shown while talking to customers. Owner mentioned that he doesn’t sell some name brand furniture due to them being produced in “Mexico and China.” And that is the SOLE reason why he doesn’t sell them. Never mentioned a reason other then where they are made. Claims he will only sell “American Products.” No excuse for this. I understand that in this day and age you will appeal to certain customers if you are on the same political level as them. But not ALL OF THEM. Not a good job with sales. Lacks customer skills.

Im very upset with this family owned business. We bought our couch and love seat from them 2yrs ago and spent a lot on it because it was flex steal and because it had a lifetime warranty. Well I called today because the wood on my flex steal couch, yes I said wood on my flex steal couch is broke. To my surprise I was told that I have to pay a guy to come and fix my couch. I replied informing the lady that I have a lifetime warranty. She says oh yes your parts are under warranty but not the labor. Are you kidding me. I paid double what I would anywhere because of a lifetime warranty only to be informed that the specific details are my parts are covered but not the labor. People beware of the specific details. Oh ya and the couch that is flex steal that cost as much as it did has had the wood break twice in 2yrs. First time was within the first 2 or 3 months of having it.This is just not right. 😠😠😠

A good place to buy funture

I just bought a chair for my uncle and was promised delivery yesterday ( Saturday) so it would be there for when he came home for the nursing home. I got a call saying they would be there between 12-3pm. I stayed there until after 9pm last night waiting for it.The poor guy had to sit in his wheelchair all day since he cant get up off the couch. The website says they are opened today till 5pm but arent answering the phone. Needless to say my family isnt happy with them right now.

Delivery was supposed to be here hours ago..... Called and no one knows whats going on. Dont have all night to wait around ... Ordered the furniture months ago.....

Found what I needed and service was great waiting for things to come in now
