Super helpful and nice! Felt just like going into a good ole family hardware store. I went in for spline to fix my screen and got helpful hints on installing. Seems to know everything about anything hardware. This will be my new go-to store before stopping at a big store.

They had what I needed. Place is extremely dated. Needs cleaned and updated.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I need an ancient set of gm square and round keys cut that I already bought. They told me they can’t guarantee they’ll work and can’t replace them but cut them anyways because I didn’t care. As my keys were being cut they helped out another customer who need a lawnmower belt and said they’d have it to him within the hour. The staff is very outgoing and honest.

I really like this store. They have everything I need. It may not be the most organized or cleanest store there ever was, but it doesnt bother me. If I need something I go here first. They have things the box stores will never ever have. If your looking for a store that looks new and generic, this isnt the place for you. But if you need something very specific, chances are they have it

Shame on you for selling a gallon of alcohol for $35 during a crisis. I Love supporting small businesses but I will NEVER support you again. What a greedy and nasty business you guys are. I told others who support this business so they are informed.

Dark, dirty, unorganized. I ended up returning an item and was interrogated on why I was returning it. Just question after question and a bunch of head shakes. All parts and packaging was there and I said there was nothing wrong with it. Never again.

I have never seen anything like this place in my life. Almost every isle in the store was unwalkable and unshoppable. There were boxes from floor to ceiling. I couldnt even go down most of the isles because the boxes were blocking the entire walkway. It really looked like an epispde of hoarders. In the few isles you can actually see product over the boxes of stock thrown down literally every square inch of the store, you would notice the items on the shelves are mostly over 20 years old, still regular price. It was like a really wierd mix of 20 year old product still in the yellowed, aged boxes with the original pricetags from what I can assume is 1994, and boxes of brand new product they just left unboxed in the middle of the isles.I came for sawhorses but didnt have mountain climbing gear to make it to them them, so I went to Lowes where I could see down the isle. Clean up, for real.

This would have been higher until recently. As it is they do have some things you cant find elsewhere. The workers arent cheerful but they arent mean either. But the last time I was there they sold me something which they said worked the same as a previous product. Instead it melted something in my basement and I needed $200 to fix it. They let me return the stuff that melted it but didnt say Im sorry, maybe I was wrong. Maybe we could help you repair it since your out money!.But that isnt what really destroyed my view of them. I go to the stores in the same plaza as they do. Chipotles, Marcos...etc. This winter I went there in Dec 2016 to Chipotles. When I pulled into the parking lot I could see it was black ice. So when I tried to walk to Chipotles door I slipped almost three times. I also slipped walking back to my car after. Ive never been on something so slippery in a public parking lot.So what does this have to do with True Value? Well I asked Chipotles who owned the plaza/parking lot. They said True Value does. They said they have had lots of complaints about the parking lot being iced over during winter but they said True Value essentially says they dont care about salting the parking lot.So I went to Marcos and asked them the next day. They also said the same thing. They said they have talked to True Value and they dont care about the parking lot. Its been like that for years. Both Chipotles and Marcos said they tried to salt it themselves but cant afford enough salt.So that really ruined True Value for me. If you dont care about people possibly falling ad getting seriously hurt then you lost my business.

To me this is a true hardware store. They have a little bit of everything and you can talk with the staff and they will help you find a solution for your problems.

Its a far cry from other True Value Hardware Stores I frequent. I had to drive to a big box store anyway. Two stars only because the store was open during the posted hours.
