I went this morning to send a return package internationally. I was super confused by the instructions given to me by the retailer. I took my package to the Willoughby Fed ex and in less than 10 minutes fedEx had the whole thing figured out packed and ready for shipping!!!! SUPER customer service and SUPER helpful!

Great customer service still does exists! Attention to detail, eager to deliver quality, and willingness to go above and beyond on what services the customer was asking for and needed. Mike W. and the manager Mike stayed in touch over a few hours to get a ‘not so easy’ print job started and finished for a work project that was due the very next day. Mike W. completed the project with me with zeal. Thank you Fellas!🙏🏾

There was only 1 other person in the store when I arrived. 2 people who came in after me were waited on first. The clerk said she was unable to complete my transaction, because she was having issues with the system being down. I waited over half an hour to mail 2 packages. However, during that 1/2 hour, 8 people were able to complete their mailings, with the requisite paperwork.Very poor customer service.
