There are a few good employees that work there and you had better hope that they assist you. That is the only thing nice I can say about this terrible store.The rest of the staff are grumpy and UN/NON helpful. While going out of their way to treat you horribly they will try and nickel and dime you for just about anything they can including but not limited to saying the tape one your package is all wrong and they will charge you a dollar a foot to replace it it some cases.After or during the horrible treatment they will remind you that they are a privately owned franchise shop like that somehow makes up for them being awful human beings. Best avoid.

I had an incident occur 8/4/20 here at this location. I walked into the store to try and pick up a package that I missed. I was not greeted but instead got a nasty tone from the OWNER of the store that I had to wait outside that only two people can be in the store at a time. Which I understand that stores have things in place for safety, Great! I understand but it is how you talk to someone. There was another customer that was waiting just as I. Once the two customers inside walked out we proceeded to come in. I walked past the owner MARK and went to the next employee because I was already turned off by his attitude. The employee takes my ID and looks for the package, comes back and says he doesnt see it. He takes my ticket and says oh it was today so it has not been dropped off yet it will be here tomorrow. SO THEN MARK says if you looked at the ticket it says that. I looked and laughed for a second because again this man is being extremely RUDE and I did not want to lose my cool. One you are taking care of someone else why are you speaking to me and Two do you really think that I would be here if I saw that. I rushed to the store because I run a business myself and needed what was being delivered so no that was not the first thing on my mind when I usually do not have to sign for it to be delivered so I was already thrown off as to why it was sent to the store in the first place but to have to deal with that. Especially as a woman would you speak to a man that way? So before I left I let everyone in the store know that he was extremely rude and for him to be the owner is extremely disappointing. I refuse to have to deal with such so I definitely paid for my package to be delivered to a different access location. Also to top this all off as I sat in my car furious and explaining to my husband what just occurred we watched a family of four walk right in and no one was asked to wait outside. As much as I wanted to walk back into the store it was not worth it, its horrible that there are such NASTY people in this world.

Believe the reviews when they say how rude the staff is. You are treated as if you were radio active even if you are wearing a mask. Dont step over the tape or you will be reprimanded. And dont even think of 3 people in the store. As I was being served one person leaving crossed the next person coming in. So for 2 seconds there were 3 people in the store and the old man and woman screamed at them. Then called the people idiots to me like I was going to agree with them. I will be giving my business to fed ex and returning my amazon packages to kohls.

I received bad service. An old gentleman has no patience at all with his clients. I am a foreigner, I asked him to repeat a phrase because I did not understand, that does not justify his bad treatment. I paid for a service. horrible and detestable this service.

I purchase 2 items at auction in Ohio near this store. An employee at this store went and picked up the items, packaged, and shipped them to me in Wisconsin. They were great to talk to over the phone and the packaging they did was excellent. Best of all their rates were beyond reasonable. I will always use this store when I buy items in the future.

Terrible customer service. I went to walk in and was rudely shouted at that only one customer was allowed inside at a time, which I then saw a sign stating this on the outside of the door.. yet it was alongside another sign that said employees would be wearing masks at all times, but none of the employees inside were wearing a mask. So as I waited and waited outside of the store another customer arrived. Finally after a bit longer, an employee who did have a mask on came out to see what we both needed, and for some reason, he ended up bringing the customer who arrived after me inside to help her first.. mind you, the customer that was inside before I got there, when I was told I had to wait until he left, was still inside.. but I was told that only one customer was allowed in at a time?! And the customer who arrived after me was helped before me and invited inside while the other customer was still inside too. It made zero sense. I would not have stayed there if I didn’t need to mail a return as soon as possible. The employee who helped me inside wasn’t wearing a mask. I am all for safety during this coronavirus pandemic, as I was wearing a mask myself, but I don’t understand the customer service that I experienced.

My partner and I won an auction item online and reached out to this store for pick-up, packing, and shipping, as we are in Florida. The auction house ended up leaving out an item but Mike, this UPS stores manager, stayed on top of it and kept us informed, even walked us through his plan for packing, which was very comforting. Great communication, very professional but also personable. We will definitely be reaching out to this store in the future and are confident in their ability to handle large, fragile antiques. Thank you!

My fault for not reading but the older gentleman behind the counter well no need to yell and be nasty I purposely waited for the other employee so I did not have to deal with him..she was very nice and very courteous..I even apologized again but he refused to acknowledge me ..

30 minutes past store opening time, still not open, nobody showed up. Phone goes to answering machine. Very unprofessional. Customers standing in the cold waiting. Others gave up because they didn’t want to be late to work or school.

Mike from the UPS store really went above and beyond to help me ship a couple of my packages that was proving to be a problem. So frustrated with the problems, I just asked them to throw away packages that had to be returned that day or not at all. I received an e-mail saying they could help me further getting these boxes out. Their work is greatly appreciated and I will praise the customer service they provided!!

Will never use this store again. They did not honor their damaged package claim made when I shipped my product. They neglected to tell me that claims for that type of package can only be made when shipped from UPS, and not the UPS Store. UGH ... out ~$35 ....
